Hi everyone!!! I have decided that I need to lose a few pounds, and would like to know how to do it effectively. I've heard a lot about different diets and exercises, but I don't know where to start. What tips can you give me? I'm wondering how many calories I should consume each day. I've read about TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) but I don't know how to calculate it. Does anyone have any experience with using the TDEE calculator? How many calories do you need to start losing weight? Thanks in advance for your advice!
