Linda Belle Patteson, age 86, of Moline, Kansas, passed away March 10, 2024  at St. Francis Hospice in Wichita, Kansas.  She was born August 28, 1937 to her parents, George Barnard and Mary Caulkins.

Linda graduated from Field McKinley High School in Coffeyville, Kansas in 1955.  She then married Roger Patteson on March 10, 1978.  For the duration of her life, Linda was a bookkeeper and owner of several different companies such as Moline Feed & Supply, Patteson Propane, and T&R Oil Company.

Linda loved to go traveling with her husband, Roger, and enjoyed bowling.  She would love to watch the Kansas City Chiefs and loved shopping. Foremost, she was a strong Christian woman who loved being with her family and adored being able to play with and spend time with her grandkids.

Linda is survived by her husband, Roger Patteson; her children, Sheila (Brad) McMinn of Burden, Kansas, Cynthia "Deanie" Mott of Moline, Kansas, Clinton Conklin of Burden, Kansas, and Shanda (Eric) Ortega of Moline, Kansas; siblings, Jim Barnard and Gloria Zimmerman; grandchildren, Shad Travis, and Lindsey, Cassie and Pete, Lucas, Monica, and Kyle, Megan, Cody, and Britton, Isabella, and Mila; and great-grandchildren, Josh, Blaine, Carter, Wyatt, Hayden, Cole, Quinnlyn, Sydney, Emily, Taylor, Lillian, and Logan.  She was preceded in death by her father, George Barnard, and her mother, Mary Caulkins.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 15, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Countryside Funeral Home, 206 E. Washington, Howard, Kansas 67349.  Memorials can be directed to First Baptist Church of Moline, Kansas and can be mailed to or left with the funeral home.  Countryside Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
