Donna Faye Hebb, age 70, passed away on March 4, 2022 at her home in Wichita, Kansas.  She was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas on June 20, 1951, the daughter of Joy Rains, Jr. and Ora Lee (Brock) Rains.

Donna grew up in Wichita, Kansas along with her brother, Ronald Rains.  She attended Wichita Public Schools and was a graduate of Wichita South High School in 1969.  Donna was united in marriage to Gerald Rogers, and two sons were born into this union which later ended in divorce.  On March 12, 2004, she was married to Carl Hebb in Wichita, Kansas.

Donna was a fun-loving person who was a loyal friend to many.  She was a loving wife, mother, sister, and grandmother.  She loved the Kansas State Wildcats, the Denver Broncos, trips to the casinos, road tripping throughout the United States, spending winters on the beach in Florida, being part of the Red Hat Ladies, meeting friends for lunch every Wednesday, and just relaxing and cooking out at home. 

Donna is survived by her husband, Carl of the home; her sons, Brock (Ashlie) Rogers of Haven, Kansas and Nicholas (Jennette) Rogers of Cunningham, Kansas; her grandchildren, Tyler, Tanner, Trista, Tucker, Teagan, Kendall, Weston, and Leah; her stepson, James (Sally) Hebb of Ogallala, Nebraska; her brother, Ronald Rains of Wichita, Kansas; and extended family and many friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Joy and Ora Lee Rains.

A Celebration of Life service was held on Friday, March 18, 2022 at the Broadway Mortuary Chapel in Wichita, Kansas.  A memorial to honor her has been established to the American Lung Association.
