Wake-up!

BIDEN: "If these governors won't help us beat the pandemic, I'll use my power as president to get them out of the way."

His intention is using the 14th amendment, section 3 and 4, as his legal excuse for this action, saying that the governors would be supporting an insurrection and rebellion against the government.

C'mon Joe, I double dare ya to start a new civil war. Fire the first shot.
The Constitution is not an instrument for the government to restrain the people; it is an instrument for the people to restrain the government.

The greatest mistake in American history was letting government educate our children.

Wake-up!

More from bumbling Joe, "We need to protect the vaccinated from the unvaccinated."

Wha? The vaccinated need protection? That can mean only one thing, the vaccines do NOT work. Why else would vaccinated people need protection from the unvaccinated?

And there is his pretext for forcing everyone to get jabbed, to protect the vaccinated. But what for? He just admitted the vaccines do not work.

WHAT IS THE VACCINATION PROGRAM FOR?

Wake-up!

And push back comes quickly. On day one after Biden's BS, nineteen governors call him on it. Noem, the South Dakota Governor, says, 'See you in Court".

Executive orders do NOT constitutionally apply to the private sector, nor State governments, nor the federal government outside the Executive Branch. Exective Orders are strictly for the residing president to organize his/her executive branch of the federal government. And that is all the power an EO has.

Be sure, EO's have been used and abused by most presidents. It is time for that abuse to end. Biden's efforts should fail in a constitutional court. The leading question is, 'do we have courts that stay within their constitutional authority any more'? Stay tuned!
