Seven Oregon Counties have voted to leave Socialist Oregon to join Neocon Idaho, citing the need to live under a goverment that has similar beliefs as the people.

I have two questions.

One, most every article I have read on this proposal says that both State legislatures must approve of the change, and the federal government must approve. Is there an attorney out there who can show me in the US Constitution just where the federal government was granted the authority by the States to approve land swaps between States?

Two, the picture highlighting Oregon counties is in error. What is the error?
