Wake-up!

The Second Amendment to the Constitution for these united States reads;  'A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed'.

That amendment prohibits any government, be it federal, state, or local, from restricting the right of the people to own and carry rifles, pistols, shotguns, machine guns, etc., of any type. It also prevents those governments from restricting the citizens' Right to form a militia.

Code of Federal Regulations (CFR)

10 USC 246 - Militia Composition and Classes
(a) The militia of the United States consists of all able-bodied males at least 17 years of age and, except as provided in section 313 of title 32, under 45 years of age who are, or who have made a declaration of intention to become, citizens of the United States and of female citizens of the United States who are members of the National Guard.
(b) The classes of the militia are—
the organized militia, which consists of the National Guard and the Naval Militia; and
the unorganized militia, which consists of the members of the militia who are not members of the National Guard or the Naval Militia.

Current United States Code describes and establishes two types of militia, an organized one, and an unorganized one. The organized one is formed and regulated by the government as the National Guard and the Naval Militia. Do we still have a Naval Militia?

The unorganized militia is, by definition, those of us who are not part of either military organization. That is most of us, unless we are really old codgers.

Given the unrest created by the Socialists AND by the ignorant actions of a (hopefully) minority of LEOs, it is time we do more than talk and target practice. It is time we know each other, discuss options and actions, develop communications, and prepare to defend private property. We do not have enough county deputies in four counties to counter forty agitators that drive into one of our communities. We do have enough armed citizens to do so. We need to be prepared and willing. 10 USC 246 states we are legal. The Bill of Rights restricts the governments from stopping us.

What is stopping us? Where do we gather?

The Constitution is not an instrument for the government to restrain the people; it is an instrument for the people to restrain the government.

The greatest mistake in American history was letting government educate our children.
