Wake-up!

"Former Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick entered the presidential race last week. Patrick is touted as a centrist Democrat and is reportedly former president Barack Obama's favorite candidate. Patrick is also the only candidate in the race responsible for disastrous coverups at both the federal and state level.

Patrick was assistant attorney general for Civil Rights in the Clinton administration. Shortly before Clinton won the 1992 election (August), US marshals killed 14-year-old Sammy Weaver and an FBI sniper shot Randy Weaver and killed his wife, Vicki Weaver, as she held their baby in the cabin door at Ruby Ridge.

An Idaho jury found Weaver not guilty on almost all charges and federal judge Edward Lodge slammed the Justice Department and FBI for concealing evidence and showing "a callous disregard for the rights of the defendants and the interests of justice." A task force of 24 FBI and Justice Department officials compiled a 542-page report detailing federal misconduct and coverups and suggested criminal charges against FBI officials involved in Ruby Ridge. Patrick rejected the task force's recommendation, ruling instead that the FBI sniper who killed Vicki Weaver had not used "excessive force" and did not intend to violate her civil rights."

[The backstory. Ruby Ridge was an isolated area in the forests of northern Idaho. I had just moved about fifty miles south of there while this story was unfolding. The trouble had started when an undercover agent asked Weaver to sell him two sawed off long guns. The agent showed or told Weaver how much to shorten them. Then Weaver was arrested and charged with selling an undercover agent illegal weapons. That was obviously entrapment. In exchange for dropping the charges, the feds tried to get Weaver to be a mole for them in Richard Butler's Aryan Nation Compound in Hayden Idaho. They had set up Weaver with that intention. He refused, posted bail, and went back to his family cabin in the woods. When he would not cooperate with the feds, they moved in to murder him and his family.

And now a man, in part responsible at the Justice Department for at least covering up the affair, wants to be President. I see nothing 'centrist' about the man. He is a dangerous, extreme oligarch.

The local Idaho county charged the sniper that killed Vicki Weaver with murder. The case was taken to federal court and dismissed because the Constitution's Supremacy Clause gives federal laws priority over State laws. That is not what the Supremacy Clause was intended to do. The States gave the federal government limited, enumerated powers in the Constitution. The Supremacy Clause simply says, if the States decided to add to the enumerated powers, those additional powers would be given to the central government they had just created (Washington DC). In short, the States would not start another, competing, central government. But that is another story.

And so the sniper escaped prosecution for his crimes, and continued his criminal activity with the FBI. Six months later he's an FBI sniper at the Waco Massacre. For a backstory on Waco, see this; http://themillenniumreport.com/2017/10/the-1993-waco-siege-and-massacre-by-the-u-s-government-exposed/

And that is how the American central government works.]
The Constitution is not an instrument for the government to restrain the people; it is an instrument for the people to restrain the government.

The greatest mistake in American history was letting government educate our children.
- Harry Browne, 1996/2000 Libertarian Party Presidential candidate
