Stephanie Ann Kelley passed away August 10, 2019 at Stormont-Vail Hospital in Topeka, Kansas.  She was born July 4, 1970 in Emporia, Kansas to Steven E. and Joyce Ann (Whinery) Barnaby.

Stephanie grew up and attended school in Emporia, Kansas, later moving to Burlington, Kansas.  She had attended the Baptist Church in Burlington.  She was devoted to her children and grandchildren.

Survivors include her mother, Joyce Barnaby of Burlington, Kansas; her twin brother, Stephen Barnaby of Burlington, Kansas; her sister, Connie (Junior) Johnson of Burlington, Kansas; her daughters, Tara Barnaby of Pueblo, Colorado and Amber Kelley of Tyro, Kansas; her son, Joshua Kelley of Fredonia, Kansas; four beautiful grandchildren with one on the way; her companion, Mark Arbuckle of Burlington, Kansas; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.  She was preceded in death by her father, Steve Barnaby.

Celebration of Life services were held at Zach Webb Family Funeral Service in Independence, Kansas on August 126, 2019 with Pastor George Shrove of the Burlington Bible Life Church officiating.  Interment followed at Oak Hill Cemetery in Elk City, Kansas.  Zach Webb Family Funeral Service of Independence, Kansas was entrusted with arrangements.

Stephanie Kelley was the daughter of the late Steven Barnaby who grew up in Howard, Kansas and graduated from Howard High School in 1961.
