Sunday, November 6th, marked the eighteenth wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. T. E. Fralick of Howard, Kansas, and also the 20th anniversary of the marriage of Mr. and Mrs. R. D. Brown of Elgin, Kansas.

The Fralick family just recently moved to Howard, but this did not let them forget the occasion, so Mrs. Fralick assisted by her daughter, Miss Pauline, prepared a fine dinner and invited the  Brown's and several other Elgin friends to drive over to Howard and enjoy the day in their new home.

Miss Pauline is only 15 years of age but knows how to cook a nice meal just as well as lots of old time housekeepers, so for this special occasion she baked two lovely cakes and decorated them in white, green and pink, and her parents cake had the names and date in pink, and the Browns cake had the names and date in green and they were excellent.

Those who attended from Elgin were: Mr. and Mrs. R. D. Brown, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Williams, Mr. and Mrs. K. A. Williams and Kale Jr., Misses Velma Barnett, Maud Loudon and little Orline.

All report a nice trip and a fine day spent with the Fralick family at Howard.
