Wake-up!

The Trumpster signed Executive Order (EO) 13825 into law on March 1, 2018. The EO is titled, '2018 Amendments to the Manual for Courts-Martial, United States'. The EO can be found here; https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2018/03/08/2018-04860/2018-amendments-to-the-manual-for-courts-martial-united-states.

Section 5 of the EO says the following; The amendments in Annex 2, including Appendix 12A, shall take effect on January 1, 2019, subject to the following:
(a) Nothing in Annex 2 shall be construed to make punishable any act done or omitted prior to January 1, 2019, that was not punishable when done or omitted.
(b) Nothing in section 4 of Annex 2 shall be construed to invalidate the prosecution of any offense committed before January 1, 2019. The maximum punishment for an offense committed before January 1, 2019, shall not exceed the maximum punishment in effect at the time of the commission of such offense.
(c) Nothing in Annex 2 shall be construed to invalidate any nonjudicial punishment proceeding, restraint, investigation, referral of charges, trial in which arraignment occurred, or other action begun prior to January 1, 2019. Except as otherwise provided in this order, the amendments in Annex 2 shall not apply in any case in which charges are referred to trial by court-martial before January 1, 2019. Except as otherwise provided in this order, proceedings in any such case shall be held in the same manner and with the same effect as if such amendments had not been prescribed.

What is this Annex 2 that goes into effect today? It is the most of the EO which is 464 pages long. Annex 2 starts on page 9906. It details amendments to the existing Manual for Courts-Martial for the arrest, detainment, and trial of military personnel, non-military government employees, and ordinary citizens and residents of these united States. Yes, I said ordinary citizens and residents. Here's how that can work. Below is the first part of Annex 2.

ANNEX 2

Section 1. Part I of the Manual for Courts-Martial, United States is amended to read as follows:

PREAMBLE
1. Sources of military jurisdiction

The sources of military jurisdiction include the Constitution and international law. International law includes the law of war.

2. Exercise of military jurisdiction
(a) Kinds. Military jurisdiction is exercised by:

(1) A government in the exercise of that branch of the municipal law which regulates its military establishment. (Military law).

(2) A government temporarily governing the civil population within its territory or a portion of its territory through its military forces as necessity may require. (Martial law).
(3) A belligerent occupying enemy territory. (Military government).
(4) A government with respect to offenses against the law of war.

So Annex 2 is bringing into authority additional amendments to Military Law, to Military Government, and to Martial Law.

I encourage the few inquisitive souls to digest the EO and to read about Martial Law. After all, it starts in our country today (if it didn't start years ago according some 'conspiracy' theorists). From my reading, Martial Law suspends the Constitution and the Posse Comitatus Act. That means the government need no longer respect your Unalienable Rights (which it may not already), no Warrant is needed, neither is Probable Cause or Reasonable Suspicion. Militarized forces, including LEO's under military jurisdiction, need not knock and talk, they can break and enter at will. Will they be coming for your guns? Will they simply take whatever they want and call it Civil Asset Forfeiture? Under Martial Law they can. Read and draw your own conclusions.

Could this be a lot of nothing? Yep, it could be. Yet, why the specific date of today for these amendments to go into effect? Why not the day the EO was signed. In my opinion, something specific is happening this year, something, in Trump's opinion, requiring Martial Law. After-all, we already have Military Law under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ). Do Trump and 'his' departments of Justice and Defense anticipate so much civil unrest the remainder of his Presidency that Military Tribunals will be necessary to deal with all the arrests? AND my biggest questions are, if Martial Law is here, what ends it, when does it end, is there an end?

The Constitution is not an instrument for the government to restrain the people; it is an instrument for the people to restrain the government.

The greatest mistake in American history was letting government educate our children.
