Senator Schumer Finally Does It

He introduces, as promised, his bill to decriminalize marijuana at the federal level by removing it from the government's list of controlled substances. This will be a good test of conservative Republicans who talk about limited government and federalism and the Constitution. Will they vote in favor of the bill? Don't bet on it, since Republicans are mostly nanny statists.
