John Milton Wolfe, age 54, passed away on May 7, 2018 at his home.  He was born on April 4, 1964, the son of Carl Gene and Beverly Faye (Jordan) Wolfe.

John was a cattleman who loved working on his farm and at the Eureka Sale Barn in Eureka, Kansas.  He was known as a friend who could build, weld, and repair almost anything.  He was a member of the Moline Christian Church in Moline, Kansas and a member of the K&O Steam and Gas Engine Show of Winfield, Kansas.  John enjoyed being outside taking care of baby calves no matter what the weather or how he felt.  He enjoyed being with his many friends and was his happiest when he could go deer hunting.

John is survived by his brothers, Elmer C. Wolfe and wife, Dorothy J. of Grenola, Kansas and Merle Eugene Wolfe, all of Grenola, Kansas.  He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 10, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Countryside Funeral Home in Howard, Kansas.  Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 11, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. at the Moline Christian Church in Moline , Kansas with burial to follow at Green Lawn Cemetery in Grenola, Kansas.  At the family's request, please dress casual for his services.  Online condolences may be left at www.countrysidefh.com.  Memorials have been suggested to the charity of your choice in John's name, and they may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.  Services have been entrusted to Countryside Funeral Home, 206 E. Washington, Howard, Kansas 67349.
