Robert H. Jones, retired Cessna Aircraft mechanic, passed away April 9, 2018.  He was born on January 20, 1948 in Eureka, Kansas to William H. and Fornia M. (Hollis) Jones.

Robert was a United States Navy veteran, serving during Vietnam.  On June 14, 1975, he married Joyce M. Zarnowski at Halstead, Kansas.

Robert is survived by his wife, Joyce of the home; his son, Bill Jones of Wichita, Kansas;  his daughter, Tiffany (Chris) Moons of Halstead, Kansas; his sisters, Judy (Van) VanCleve and Connie Garman of Moline, Kansas; and three grandchildren.

Private family graveside service will be held at Halstead Cemetery in Halstead, Kansas with Chaplain Tal Tittlesworth officiating.  Memorials may be given to the Salvation Army in care of Kaufman Funeral Home, 418 Chestnut Street, Halstead, Kansas 67056.
