Robert B. "R. B." Folsom passed away on March 9, 2018 at St. Francis Hospital in Wichita, Kansas.  He was born October 23, 1935 in Akins, Oklahoma to parents, Rueben and Grace (Edwards) Folsom.  R. B. owned and operated a gas station for several years.

Survivors include his children, Phyllis (Rocky) Ervin of Severy, Kansas, Paul (Kathy) Folsom of Longton, Kansas, and Linda (Mark) Boss of Towanda, Kansas; brothers, Dale Folsom of Kansas and Gary Folsom of Texas; ten grandchildren; and eighteen great-grandchildren.  R. B. was preceded in death by his parents and his daughter, Sharon Knight.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Countryside Funeral Home in Howard, Kansas.  Graveside service will be held Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the South Lawn Cemetery in Severy, Kansas with Pastor Susan Galvan officiating.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Team Turner McLean Fund and left with or mailed to the funeral home.  Online condolences may be left for the family at www.countrysidefh.com.  Services have been entrusted to Countryside Funeral Home, 206 E. Washington, Howard, Kansas 67349.
