If you watch long enough, you will see a chart that shows the earth's magnetic field was disrupted by the energy weapons. That tells me that the weapons utilize the magnetic field, i.e. they steal from it and redirect the energy. Tesla, about a century ago, had tapped the earth's magnetic field, and produced a means of harnessing its energy and spreading it world-wide for electrical power, no wires, transformers or sub-stations needed (no GE or Westar needed, either). So it isn't a new concept, but, without talking in terms of good and evil, the concept is in the wrong hands, being used to harm humanity, not help.
