Do The War Drums Beat?

[Wake-up!]

1) Trump has invited every ambassador that sits on the UN Security Council to come to the White House for lunch.

2) Trump has had all 100 U.S. Senators for a briefing, from Trump, the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of State and the Head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

3) Secretary of State Tillerson will be chairing a meeting of the UN Security Council on Friday (tomorrow).

If Trump is ready for war, I'm not sure why he is alerting the UN, given his campaign claims to downplay the UN. Has he informed the Senate he wants a Declaration of War?

Is it all a bluff? Bluffing IS one of Trump's MOs. Or can we expect the war mongers of both sides to believe that a 'limited' nuclear war can be conducted without eliminating most life on Earth?
