David Michael Ancell, 62, of Longton, Kansas, passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2017.  He was born on March 1, 1954 in Wellington, Kansas to loving parents, John and Ramona Ancell.

David graduated from North High School in Wichita, Kansas.  He delivered the Wichita Eagle to several towns surrounding Longton, Kansas.  He was very well-known in his community and will be greatly missed.

Survivors include his brothers, Larry Ancell and Bruce Hetzel.

Cremation has taken place, and private family services will be held at a later date.
