Barbara "Bobbie" Isham, 68, died on November 7, 2016 at Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital in El Dorado, Kansas.  She was born December 5, 1947 in Concord, New Hampshire, the daughter of Erwin W. Perkins and Mable A. (Campbell) Perkins.

Bobbie was raised in Wichita, Kansas, graduating from high school in 1965.  She later attended Wichita State University. She was a para professional with USD #259 for over 30 years.  In 1964, she was united in marriage to Ralph L. Cox in Wichita, Kansas.  This marriage later ended in divorce.  On October 23, 1987, she was united in marriage to Jerry L. Isham in Wichita, Kansas. 

Bobbie is survived by one son, Randy Cox and wife, Patty of Severy, Kansas; daughter, Linda Fletcher and husband, Darren of Haysville, Kansas; sisters, Darlene Potter and husband, Eddie of Leon, Kansas and Angela Marler of Wichita, Kansas; brother, Sonny Perkins of Wichita, Kansas; 13 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents; her stepfather, Robert Septer; her husband, Jerry L. Isham; her daughter, Lori Ross; and her sisters, Sherry Mohn and Annetta Day.

A graveside service was held on November 11, 2016 at  South Lawn Cemetery in Severy, Kansas.  The family has requested that memorials be made to the American Heart Association Sunflower Chapter, 8630 E. 32nd Court North, Wichita, Kansas 67226.  Baler Funeral Home of Valley Center, Kansas has charge of arrangements.  Condolences may be left for the family at www.bakerfhvc.com.
