Francis Arthur "Frenchie" Juaire passed away Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at Via Christi St. Francis in Wichita, Kansas at the age of 72.  He was born to parents Joseph Jean and Wanda Elaine (Cummins) Juaire on August 31, 1944 in Winfield, Kansas.

On June 5, 1965, Frenchie married Bonnie Jean Martin in Howard, Kansas. To this union were born five children, Lee Allen, Rex Lynn, Billy Joe, Jay Arthur, and Polly Jean.  Frenchie loved to work on Chevy engines and shared his knowledge with his kids - even making sure his daughter knew how to change the oil in a vehicle.  He worked throughout his life in construction jobs that involved the use of heavy equipment and in the oil field industry.  He is fondly remembered as having nicknames for all his kids and was described as using the tough love approach while at the same time establishing routines and traditions.

Frenchie leaves behind to mourn his passing his loving caregiver, Bonnie of the home; sons, Lee Juaire and wife, Peggy of Severy, Kansas, Rex Juaire and Donna Madison of Howard, Kansas, and Jay Juaire of Augusta, Kansas; daughter, Polly and husband, Shane Griggs of Neodesha, Kansas; sister, Connie Hafner and husband, Howard of Independence, Kansas; brother, Rick Dilli of Independence, Kansas; 8 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.  Preceding him in death are his parents; a son, Billy Joe Juaire; brother, Jerry Juaire; and sisters, Rita Hill and Pat Unrein.

Cremation has been effected and private memorial services will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital and may be mailed to or left with the funeral home.  Online condolences for the family may be offered at www.countrysidefh.com.  Countryside Funeral Home, 206 E. Our Condolences to the Family, that Family has lost a lot, like mine out of 15 there is only 2 of us left. This getting old sure is not for Sissies. All of you GOOD people out there in Howard and Elk County have a GREAT DAY. By the Way Myrna and I drove back to Prosper Yesterday from Wichita, we saw literally 100s upon 100s of the Electric Generating Windfarms, they really make sense. We are having Solar Panels put on our House. Later
