Does anyone know if there is anyone with the last name Chapman in the Moline area?

I am looking for information on a J. F. Chapman who receives a good write up in the Moline section of the Elk County history book.

I can recall in the 1950s seeing signs for Chapman insurance in Moline and I think he may have started that company in the 1880s or so.

Waldo, I know that ddurbin can help you with this one, as he is very knowledgeable about the Moline area.  He is a valuable asset to this forum. :)
