I see where the city fathers have thanked the County Commissioners for allocating a portion of the wind farm money to Howard.

I also see where Howard will be growing in land area size—taking in the Flint Hills Assembly of God church site and the Dollar General site both on K-99.

And Howard should thank the Socialists County Commissioners for the Welfare check.

Is the Church a taxable entity?

Do you think the USA should be giving away money to other countries while having a debt
of nearly 20 Trillion Dollars? Should the US be playing Socialists by giving away money it has to borrrow?

Why would I contact the city of Howard bout a simple fact that money in the Elk County Coffers, is no longer Wind Farm money?

It is simple, it is Elk County taxpayer money in the County Coffers.

Why do people insist in twisting the truth?

Is that what the plan is to annex West Elk USD-282 into the city limits of Howard?
Why does the City of Howard have to be so greedy?
Why does Howard think they need to own everything?
Is it that same old dumb idea that people will move to Howard if they annex the
School District into their city limits?
The School District is for educating students not for the politics of Economic Development,
otherwise they would not have shut down two perfectly good grade schools, would they?

I was trying to find out through conversation how you felt.
That is why we have conversations isn't it? That is what a question mark represents isn't it?

You ask still more questions for which you seem to so badly need still more answers to support yourself. If you have this overwhelming need to find out what is going on, you should talk with the people involved and get their position.

If you need answers to questions as to why the county does what, the city does why, the church does this or that, etc., go to the entity involved and have them explain their rationale to you. While you are at it, it would be a good idea to refrain from calling them liars when they provide you with an answer you might not agree with.

As far as the national scene, you need to convince your congressman to support your political wants and desires. Find out his/her name and drop that person a line. You might try your senators while you are at it.

No really I don't need to talk to all them people. I totally know and understand the bastardization of our language by twisting words and their meanings. For instance calling County property taxes in the county coffers something they are not. Calling them Wind Farm money is an extreme twisting to make things seem right.

I was simply asking your opinion. Nothing more.

I am communicating with a Senator about West Elk hiking property 6.377 mill after the Opposition Petition was turned over to West Elk.

I totally understand the difference between right and wrong and don't need some bureaucrat to continue twisting the two.
