Elk County disrespect

To the person that decided to treat our beautiful county as their personal trash can...thank you for discarding you're pay stub with your name and address on it. A Deputy will be contacting you really soon! In case anybody didn't know this is illegal and Sheriff Hanks has told us he has ZERO tolerance for illegal trash dumping! ??

READY I LOVE IT, YOU DESERVE A MEDAL AND THE PERSON WHO DID IT DESERVES A BIG FINE. ONE TIME YEARS AGO MY WIFE AND I CAME UP ON A WOMEN UNLOADING AN OLD COUCH, SHE PUSHED IT INTO THE DITCH AND TOOK OFF. I HAVE ALWAYS REGRETTED THAT I DID NOT GET HER LICENSE PLATE NUMBER AND TURN IT OVER TO THE ELK COUNTY SHERIFF.

In all fairness, I did not turn them in.  This was taken from the Elk County Sheriff website.
I feel it is still important to call out those that disrespect the roads, and let you all know this might be a poor area, but we still have pride.
