Partial Distribution of Wind Farm Income

Here is a repeat of my post a couple days ago:

It is a fair and equitable distribution. [the $100,000 distribution from Elk County to the five incorporated cities]

But, if I could be wrong, the voters of Elk County will take care of the situation.

First thing they would do would be to jam the next Elk County commissioners meeting and let the commissioners know they definitely do not like this idea. Those that cannot attend will undoubtedly swamp their elected commissioner with phone calls letting him or her know that this effort is so unfair.

If that does not work, there is always the election. Those voters in districts other than Mr. Hebb's who are so upset with this distribution, and if they are in the majority, will vote the commissioners supporting this effort out of office.

Perhaps you could run for county commissioner, again. If the majority of the voters in your district agree with your ideas and thoughts, you would definitely get elected.

I do appreciate and admire your perseverance, determination and attitude even if it is wrong and being a non-voter in Elk County, Kansas.

My daughter and son-in-law were both in the Iraq. My daughter was a humv driver, my son-in-law was a heavy equipment operator. He pull jeeps and other equipment off people that had been hit by IED's. So to all of you, that have served. Thank you. With all of this being said. I have come to the thought that Ross and Redcliffsw are so obsessed with Elk connect and all the government crap, they can not look be on their nose's because they are right and everyone else is wrong. No matter what any of us say, they are going to come back with a bunch of crap on what they think is right and we are suppose to believe every word. Thanks our minds work just fine.

I served ten years and made eight campaigns in Vietnam.
I served another ten years as a civil servant with the Department of Defense.
But I just don't understand how that has anything to do with local politics.

The title is "Topic: Partial Distribution of Wind Farm Income" which involves the County Government and taxpayer money ! Government is very political --- this thread is also under the  categorized subject, "Politics" I hope you understand?

Do you even have any idea what you are talking about? What is, "Elk connect" you are talking about ?

Here is a fact there is no, "Elk connect", however there is an "Elk Konnected, LLC".

And do you have any idea of their connection to our local Governments ?
If so, please enlighten us as to what you think you know?

I refer to them as Elk Kon nected with the space between the two "n's" representing the real  dis-connected that I see.

Taking money through taxation from one person and just giving it away to another person is what Socialism allows for. And that is what is going to happen in the Elk County Court House unless they have already done so with out telling anyone.

For a County Commissioner to trot around to other Government Agencies saying I (and that means Kommected Kounty Kommissioner Kaminski) I have all kinds of free money to give to you, how much would you like to have? Is just plain wrong. She can talk all she wants about constituents, but that does not make it actions proper. The City Council Business Meetings are not constituents. And Elk County Business Meetings are where she is suppose to do County Business no where else for it to be proper County Business listed in the minutes of the meetings. Kaminski can make all the excuses she wants but they don't make her actions proper.

No matter what any of us say, they are going to come back with a bunch of crap on what they think is right and we are suppose to believe every word. Thanks our minds work just fine.

Apparently facts and ethics and honesty and morals and freedom of speech are a bunch of crap to you. I feel so sorry for you.
These are the things our people serve in the military to protect! You may thank me again,
if you are sincere about veterans!    But it really isn't necessary
An example of your attempt to block free speech, is the way you started out this public in an attempt to hush me by typing, "Waldo, Frank and Bullwinkle".
It failed to work because of the freedom of speech and this being a public communication tool !
If you wish to have a private discussion there is Private Messaging or private e-mails or telephone or so many other ways to do that !

A reminder once the Wind Farm pays their P.I.L.O.T. money (which simply means they do not pay the full 130 mill tax on their property that everyone else does) once that money hit's the County Coffers it is no longer Wind Farm Money and that is a fact it becomes Elk County Government money just like every one else's money!

And there is no purpose for the County Government giving away tax money as if it is free money.
Unless they have decided to be socialists !
