GRANDMA WEBB
Susanna Webb, wife of John Webb, died in this city Thursday afternoon, June 16, 1904, at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. C. E. Prier, after a lingering illness.  The funeral was held in the Methodist Episcopal church, Saturday, June 18, 1904, at 2 p. m., the services being conducted by Rev. Hopkins, of this city, and Rev. Tifft, of Howard.  Grandma Webb bore her sufferings with patience and fortitude, being sustained by her triumphant faith in God.  She was loved and admired by all who knew her, and her death is sincerely mourned by a large circle of friends.  She was taken from the garden of life, whose plucking was but to preserve her in a celestial love forever, and ever.  She was not taken from this world of care, but wafted from slumber to paradise, a peaceful traveler.
