The Government Is Powerless To Stop Terrorism . . .

It is interesting to remember that terrorism is not bad for everybody. For the Pentagon, Nine-Eleven was a windfall, providing wars and new drones; for NSA, a massive expansion in its powers; for Israel and AIPAC, the destruction of Israel's arch-enemy, Iraq; for the arms manufacturers, hundreds of billions; for the federal government in general, near-dictatorship and, for jihadists, the involvement of the US in crippling and endless wars. Which is what they wanted. Everybody profited except the American public.

The future? Hard to say. As I write, President B. Hussein Obama is endeavoring to import tens of thousands of Moslems. It will be impossible to screen them, presumably making the importation a free ride into the US for terrorists if they so choose. It is not politically incorrect to note that the countless Moslem terrorists in recent years have been countless Moslem terrorists. It is, however, true. The greatest question abbout terrorists is not whether they can, but why they haven't.

You can't stop terrorism, war, or violence.  Here's an idea, maybe we should stop ruining other people's countries

You're right!

And let's stop ruining our country with the government intervention in peoples' lives.  Abolish government programs.  I know the Republicans and Obama types don't like that, but today is another opportunity to get the ball rolling.

Comments from The Daily Bell:

Modern Western governments are growing massively and justifying this growth by claiming it is necessary to "protect us." But they can't and they won't.

Conclusion:  As Fred Reed reminds us, "they" don't want to anyway.

Obuma's New ISIS Czar Has Ties to Islamic Terror

This Clown Malley may as well have been appointed by al-Baghdadi.

Obama has helped ISIS along at every step of its existence, creating the vacuum it filled by prematurely withdrawing US troops from Iraq, arming it, pulling punches in politically required token strikes against it. But is he actually on the side of Islamic terror? A new appointment helps answer the question:

A radical foreign policy adviser fired by President Obama years ago for meeting with the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas is back as the administration's new czar in charge of countering the Islamic State of Iraq and Greater Syria (ISIS). The White House downplayed the new appointment by burying it deep in a press briefing delivered at a Paris hotel during the recent climate summit. "The President recently elevated Rob Malley, the NSC [National Security Council] Coordinator for the Middle East and North Africa, to serve now as the Senior Advisor to the President for the Counter-ISIL Campaign in Iraq and Syria," White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest said during the briefing at the Marriott Rive Gauche Hotel and Conference Center.

Why downplay it? At this point Obama knows our political class doesn't have the guts to remove him from power, or he wouldn't poke sticks in the eye of everyone who knows what's going on with over-the-top appointments like this.

Judicial Watch wrote about Malley last year when Obama made him the senior director at the NSC even though the president had dumped him as a foreign policy adviser for meeting with and having regular contact with Hamas, long classified a terrorist organization by the U.S. State Department. ... Over the years [Malley] has published a number of newspaper opinion pieces urging the United States to reach out and negotiate with terrorist enemies like Hamas, Hezbollah and Muqtada al-Sadr. A website that documents the networks and agendas of the political left offers details about Malley's scary past and provides links to the egregious articles he's published, including several co-written with Hussein Agha, a former adviser to [infamous terrorist Yasser] Arafat.

This sums up his qualifications to negotiate with ISIS on behalf of the Obama Administration:

Malley grew up in France and his Egyptian-born father was a key figure in Egypt's communist party and a close friend of Arafat's.

His earlier firing must have been for appearances, back when Obama was more worried about appearances. Maybe Van Jones, who was fired after Glenn Beck publicized his extreme radicalism, should reapply for a czar position.
