I haven't left the neighborhood for a few days and when taking some trash outside I noticed no lights on the wind farm. In fact, I don't even see cell tower lights. Is there a power outage on the west side of the county??

I couldn't see any lights either so I waited till this morning.  I can't see anything on the wind farm.  It is enveloped in fog.  Maybe by tonight the fog will be gone and we can see whether or not the lights are still there.

It is now 5:27 PM and I can see lights at the windfarm.  It must have just been socked in by a London type fog.
