What was the name of the railroad that had the shortest railroad in Elk County and how long was the track?

Since railroads have to pay property taxes for all structures and all right of way to every governmental entity it runs through, I have always wondered how much Elk County was paid by this rr.

The Saint Louis-San Francisco Railway, also known as the Frisco, was the shortest rail line in Elk County—running for two miles through the northeast portion of Elk County on its way from Monett, Missouri, to Wichita.

In Greenwood County, the Frisco crossed the Howard Branch of the Santa Fe RR just to the west of Severy.

Originally, the east-west line was supposed to run from Fredonia to Busby and on to Western Park before going to Wichita. Instead it went through Severy, Piedmont, and Beaumont.
