Anna Charoletta Crocker, age 57, of Longton, Kansas, passed away at her home October 12, 2015.  She was born February 22, 1958 in Leslie, Arkansas, the daughter of Melvin and Roberta (McElroy) Hightower.

Anna loved spending time with her grandchildren and her family.  She lived life to the fullest and loved being around people.

Anna is survived by her mother and stepfather, Roberta and Alvin Taylor of Longton, Kansas; her daughter, Hanna Lyon and husband, Billy of Independence, Kansas; her son, Brian Ostraner of Longton, Kansas; her sisters, Jackie Baty of Sedan, Kansas and Sharon Hazelwood and husband, Kevin of Wichita, Kansas; her brother, Elvin Davis and wife, Teresa and son John Davis of Longton, Kansas; two half-sisters, Joy of Harrison, Arkansas and Carol of Marshall, Arkansas; and grandchildren, Benjamin Lyon, Raynbeau Lyon, and Aurora Lyon.  She was preceded in death by her father, Melvin Hightower.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, October 17, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the Christian Community Church, 301 W. 2nd Street, Longton, Kansas.  Countryside Funeral Home is in charge of cremation.
