Sharlene Ione Buckmaster-McGregor, age 49, of Fall River, Kansas, passed away Thursday, October 8, 2015 due to an auto accident.  Sharlene was born August 14, 1966 in McPherson, Kansas, the daughter of Russel Fischer and Mary Ann LaFever.

Sharlene worked alongside her husband servicing and installing air conditioning systems as well as various other projects.  She worked at her parents' restaurant in Wichita, Kansas known as "Don's Restaurant".  In her free time, Sharlene enjoyed working with and training horses.  She enjoyed riding motorcycles and hot rods.  She was full of life and always offered a helping hand to anyone that needed it.

Survivors include her husband, Philip McGregor of Fall River, Kansas; 3 children, Sara Fischer and Timothy McCoy of Ft. Worth, Texas, Brandon Buckmaster of Wichita, Kansas, and Joey Buckmaster of Wichita, Kansas; one brother, Billy Emery of Wichita, Kansas; and 3 grandchildren, Nevaeh Fischer, Leah McCoy, and Malaya McCoy.  Sharlene was preceded in death by her parents; her stepfather, Joseph LaFever; and her sister, Ruth Ann Fischer. 

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Countryside Funeral Home in Fredonia, Kansas with Pastor Ray Pile officiating.  Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. until service time.  Online condolences may be left at www.countrysidefh.com.  Memorials have been suggested to Rainbow Meadows Horse Rescue and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
