Veterans Memorial Park - Wichita, KS . . .

Recently, the Confederate Battle Flag was removed by the Mayor from Veterans Memorial Park in Wichita, Kansas.  There are efforts to have the Confederate Battle Flag returned to its rightful place in the Park.

Here's the Battle Flag Wichita web site created by Herb Duncan.  It's a good site to learn the American history that was not taught right or was omitted during your years in government school(s).  There are two (2) videos of black Confederates - Mr. H. K. Edgerton and Mr. Nelson Winbush.  I've met both of them and had some nice visits with them.
