This very story:


A "concerned" resident called police on a man walking "very deliberately" down an Arlington, Virginia sidewalk with a hybrid Confederate flag over his shoulder.

The flag had the Gadsden "Don't Tread On Me" snake in the middle.

The subversive man also committed the crime of "walking with a purpose," and also, he "was walking with pride in his step." That is scary stuff. Stories are actually referring to him as the "Arlington Confederate flag walker."

Another story tells us of another person – some sissified nitwit – who spotted confederate and Nazi merchandise at a flea market and dialed 911. The local news station made a huge ordeal out of it. He told reporters that when he saw the merchandise he "was shaking and almost vomiting." I do not make this stuff up.

Tom DiLorenzo is right – we live in a time and place where people have become zombies. Perpetually-offended pansies who cannot think for themselves let alone have the strength to completely ignore that which ruffles their sissified, little comfort zone. Even Orwell, were he alive today, could not possibly be Orwellian enough to describe it all.
