I would like for anyone that has new or old pictures of Howard to post them, I think that everyone would like that. This would bring new members to see pictures that they normally wouldnt see.

Good idea! We have more pictures on files and we plan to make some collages as well.

Feel free to use the features on this forum to upload pictures, also from the old days of Howard.
Uploading can be done by using the "additional option" when posting.

I think that is a great idea.  I know that a lot of people miss Howard.. and don't get back "home" too often. So posting pictures of different things around the town will be a wonderful way for people to stay connected. We will do that... and if you or anyone else wants to add  picture's and are not sure of how to do it.. call us. We will be glad to help you.
Thanks Cotton. :-*

??? ???Does anybody have any pictures of the West side of mainstreet Howard, KS?

I am trying to paint the old jewelry store building, (Waldo's) back to what color it was originally.  Give me a shout.

When is the date that would show the color?
I know that there are black and white ones out there.. but if we knew a date we might all be looking.

My father's grocery store was in that building, he sold his store to George Bartlett in 1940 and later George converted it to a Jewlery Store. Whatever pictures I have would probably be to old.
