Michael Rawn Davis Sr. passed away Sunday, February 8, 2015 at Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center in Chanute, Kansas after a long battle with cancer.  He was 53 years old.  He was born December 13, 1961 in Wichita, Kansas to Floyd Duane and Betty M. (Vest) Davis.

Michael married the love of his life, Linda Davis, in Wichita, Kansas on August 29, 1987.  He traveled the country and worked as a plumber and construction worker most of his life.  They settled in Howard, Kansas in 1992, and in 2006, they returned to Wichita, Kansas and then moved to Humboldt, Kansas in 2012.  He will be loved and missed greatly, as he touched many lives in such a great way.

Michael is survived by his wife, Linda Davis of the home; his children, Joshua M. Davis of Howard, Kansas, Heather Davis of Iola, Kansas, Jordan Bonk of Florida, Emily Zimble of California, and Michael R. Davis Jr. of Chanute, Kansas; his mother, Betty M. Davis of Humboldt, Kansas; and a brother, Scott Davis of Wichita, Kansas.  He was preceded in death by his father, Floyd Davis, and a brother, Kirk, Davis.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the Restoration Fellowship Church, 709 Bridge Street, Humboldt, Kansas 66748.  Memorials are suggested to the Davis family for expenses and may be left in care of the Restoration Fellowship Church.
