Nice cat, mean cat. Red cat, green cat. Fat cat, thin cat. Synthetic paint cat.

Yes, this cat is green. It wasn't born that way, and apparently, someone didn't intentionally paint it that way, either. According to Rex Media, the bright green cat, which resides on the streets of Varna, Bulgaria, gets its emerald green coloring from sleeping on "an abandoned heap of synthetic green paint in a garage."

Seems legit.

Why no one has cleaned up the mess is another mystery.

Good question, Diane... according to the McGraw-Hill Dictionary of Architecture and Construction, 'Synthetic Paint -
A paint made with synthetically manufactured resins rather than with naturally occurring oils or gums.

Two-faced cat dies at age 15

NORTH GRAFTON, Mass. (AP) — This cat had two faces — but only nine lives.

A feline named Frank and Louie after he was born with two faces, two mouths, two noses and three blue eyes has died at the age of 15.

The Telegram of Worcester reports that Frank and Louie died Thursday at the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University in North Grafton.

The cat's owner, Marty Stevens, said veterinarians believe the cause of death was cancer.

Frank and Louie made it into the 2012 edition of Guinness World Records as the longest-surviving member of a group known as Janus cats, named for a Roman god with two faces.

Janus cats almost never survive, and most have congenital defects.
