Louis Ray "Bub" Wiseman, age 62, a resident of rural Howard, Kansas, passed away Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at Via Christi St. Francis in Wichita, Kansas.  He was born on March 3, 1952 in Sedan, Kansas, the son of Louis and Grace (Wunderlich) Wiseman.

Bub worked as a farmer for the family farm, and he also worked for Koss Construction.  He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and the Elk County Rodeo Association.  He enjoyed raising horses and hunting.

Bub is survived by one son, Christopher (Kim) Wiseman of Claremore, Oklahoma; one daughter, Lisa (Chauncey) Frisbie of McCune, Kansas; his parents, Louis and Grace Wiseman of Howard, Kansas; two sisters, Julie Town of Howard, Kansas and Linda Ritz of Fredonia, Kansas; one brother, Randy Wiseman of Howard, Kansas; and four grandchildren, Alexander and Allison Wiseman of Claremore, Oklahoma and Jenna and Jonathan Frisbie of McCune, Kansas.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, November 21, 2014 at Countryside Funeral Home in Howard, Kansas with Pastor Robin Haines officiating.  Interment will be at Grace Lawn Cemetery in Howard.  Memorials are suggested to the Elk County 4-H and may be left with the funeral home.  Online condolences may be left at www.countrysidefh.com.  Arrangements are under the direction of Countryside Funeral Home, 206 E.
