The federal government is not shy about prosecuting those who violate threatened and endangered species laws. But under a new Obama administration policy, wind farm operators are getting 30-year permits to kill protected species.

It's a bit inconsistent for sure, but the millions of birds and animals that are killed each year by vehicles and feral cats make wind farm deaths seem like a few grains of sand in the desert...Sad, but no big deal. What about the critters that are wiped out during their natural migration? Gonna park your vehicle during turtle season? Nothing like crunched turtles on the road. yuk.

We wouldn't have the inefficient windfarms if the government was not promoting them and enforcing and mandating their use.

The federal government has no business being in business.

Inside every liberal is a totalitarian.

I suspect that inside every ultra radical conservative is a person who really doesn't like people. Hermits are us. ;D
