Sherry Darlene Smith, age 50, passed away Sunday, March 16, 2014 at her home in Peru, Kansas.  She was born December 3, 1963 in Pawnee, Oklahoma to Ben Grier and Hazel Richardson Grier.

On April 2, 2005, she married David Smith in Sedan, Kansas.  They made their home in Peru.  Sherry was a homemaker for many years.  She loved riding horses and loved her pets, especially her Yorkie dog.

Survivors include her husband, David Scott of the home in Peru, Kansas; two daughters, Tiffany Moore of Hominy, Oklahoma and Sonja Gayle Tyler of Elk Falls, Kansas; one sister, Tammi Grier-Jones of Coffeyville, Kansas; one brother, Terry Grier of Coffeyville, Kansas; 3 grandchildren; and several stepchildren.  Sherry was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters and her parents.

Cremation has taken place, and a service is not scheduled at this time.
