Broad Band

I understand this was an attempt by community leaders about 8 or 9 years ago to bring broadband to the area -- Sedan.

I wonder what it cost and how it was financed?
And what happened?

Did they fail in their endeavor? Did it end up like the Bank building plans in Howard?

Or is there some broadband around I don't know about?
