As extreme winter weather continues to move across much of the United States, we are reminded of those in power who have sought to control the world's climate through various forms of weather modification...

Rain producing cloud seeding operations, drought linked chemtrail programs and directed energy technology, have been working in tandem, altering the world for sometime under the umbrella of the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program, better known as HAARP, a joint project funded by the U.S. Air Force, Navy and DARPA. At the core of the program's development is said to be a "unique high frequency ionospheric heating capability." In addition to that, there is the mention of ELF waves, Geophysical probing and other military applications.

Facilities like HAARP are said to exist worldwide.

Directed energy is an exotic brand of weather manipulation linked to tectonic plate shifts, the triggering of volcanic eruptions, as well as being a potential "force multiplier" of tsunami's and hurricanes throughout the world.

A United States patent established in December 1987 by Physicist Dr. Bernard J. Eastlund and Simon Ramos appears to outline an apparatus that can create an artificial magnetic field that is capable of producing large amounts of electromagnetic radiation, Similar to what the HAARP program has been alleged to do. Eastlund has a total of three patents linked to this kind of technology, with famed inventor and scientist Nikolai Tesla listed as a reference. The concept and design behind HAARP is almost identical to Tesla's early designs – some of which was seized by the Pentagon upon his death in 1943.

The Atlantic Richfield Company or ARCO Oil and Gas Company was said to have approached Eastlund in the spring of 1984 about the possible sale of 23 trillion cubic feet in Alaska. His apparent suggestion was to use the land for a gas powered large phased electromagnetic generator, creating a missile defense system for the United States.

The global warming narrative began intensifying over the past two decades right around the time the HAARP facility became operational in Gakona, Alaska. More recently, this same narrative has under gone a surgical transformation in the wake of one of the coldest and most snow rich winter's on record, now being referred to as 'climate change.'

United States Secretary of State John Kerry was recently seen speaking to a group of students in Jakarta, Indonesia, banging the drums of other notable climate alarmist's, claiming that climate change is "the world's most fearsome weapon of mass destruction."

Kerry made a reference to one of the largest typhoons on record that devastated the Philippines in November of 2013, dubbed typhoon Yolanda, a typhoon which many believed to be  microwave pulse induced storm.

In an article by By professor Michel Chossudovsky, entitled, "Weather Warfare: Beware the US Military's Experiments with Climatic Warfare," with a sub heading titled, "Climatic warfare has been excluded from the agenda on climate change," military weather control is further exposed:
"According to a report by the Russian State Duma: 'The US plans to carry out large-scale experiments under the HAARP programme [and] create weapons capable of breaking radio communication lines and equipment installed on spaceships and rockets, provoke serious accidents in electricity networks and in oil and gas pipelines, and have a negative impact on the mental health of entire regions.'*

An analysis of statements emanating from the US Air Force points to the unthinkable: the covert manipulation of weather patterns, communications and electric power systems as a weapon of global warfare, enabling the US to disrupt and dominate entire regions. Weather manipulation is the pre-emptive weapon par excellence. It can be directed against enemy countries or 'friendly nations' without their knowledge, used to destabilise economies, ecosystems and agriculture. It can also trigger havoc in financial and commodity markets. The disruption in agriculture creates a greater dependency on food aid and imported grain staples from the US and other Western countries."

Former Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen is perhaps the most well-known government official to publicly acknowledge that weaponized weather has been in use for sometime, when he stated in an April 1997 Department of Defense news briefing that: "Others are engaging even in an eco- type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves."

Evelyn De Rothschild was interviewed on Bloomberg discussing  of some the most sophisticated weather forecasting via the Rothschild's newly acquired Weather Central. In 2011 the Rothschild dynasty bought up an apparent 70% share in the company. Defense contractors Raytheon and Lockheed Martin create weather forecast modeling for the National Weather Service, NOAA and the FAA.

In 1991, The Global Environment Facility was founded just prior to the 1992 Rio Earth Summit and is said to be one of the largest funding organs of environmental projects worldwide, as well as being affiliated with a number of financial institutions and programs, including the World Bank, the United Nations Development Programme, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the African Development bank, to name a few. The Rothschild family and former under-secretary general of the United Nations Maurice Strong are said to have been instrumental in the GEF facility's growth through the creation World Conservation Bank.

In October of 1987 at the 4th World Wilderness Congress in Denver, Colorado, Edmund De Rothschild delivered a speech in which he seemingly outlined a call for action, referencing fraudulent CO2 emission science to back up his claims, all the while setting up GEF's primary objective, which has been said to use mineral rich areas around the world as security for IMF lent loans to poverty-stricken countries. Many believe that when these countries fail to payback the loan GEF will then collect any potential resources to repay the loan.

One only needs to look at how the spoils of Africa have been divided up over the years to see if there is any truth to this claim.

Recently Harvard University Professor Martin Weitzman was seen trying to sell the public on the latest version of climate hysteria, outlining the benefits of sunshade geo-engineering, however being careful not to mention the historical evidence of current and ongoing weather control.
