Nancy Lynn Towner, age 44, passed away December 5, 2013 at her home in Shawnee, Kansas.  She was born September 2, 1969 in Wichita, Kansas, the daughter of Keith and Marjorie (Cornett) Chamberlain. 

Nancy attended Severy Grade School and West Elk High School.  She was active in Lucky 13 4-H, basketball, volleyball, cheerleading, and FFA.  In later years, she loved making candles and she loved going camping.

Nancy is survived by her husband, Craig Towner, of the home; daughter. Chinelle Custer of Moline, Kansas; son, Diamond Wills of Pleasanton, Kansas; parents, Keith and Majorie Chamberlain of Severy, Kansas; and brother, Brad Chamberlain of Eureka, Kansas.  She was preceded in death by three infant sisters and grandparents, Lewis and Lorene Chamberlain, Edgar Cornett, Ruth Cornett-Massey, and Ben Massey.

Graveside memorial services will be held Saturday, December 21, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the South Lawn Cemetery in Severy, Kansas with Pastor Kevin Lawrence officiating.  Memorials are suggested to the Kansas Children's Service League and may be sent to Countryside Funeral Home, P.O.
