Frank Edward "Butch" Seimears, age 68, of Eureka, Kansas, passed away Thursday, June 13, 2913 in Norfolk, Nebraska.  He was born November 17, 1944 in Eureka, Kansas and graduated from Piedmont High School, Piedmont, Kansas in 1963.

He lived the majority of his life in central Kansas and the surrounding areas of Kansas City where he worked as a mechanic, laborer, and truck driver.  He loved driving whether it was for work of pleasure, and enjoyed being outdoors, camping, or working to build up or tear down things, sometimes with unconventional tools.  He is known to be a kind and caring individual who was always having a good time. 

He is survived by Diana Waller of the home in Pierce, Nebraska; his sisters, Nancy (Seimears) Taylor of Vassar, Kansas and Betty Seimears of Topeka, Kansas; his son, John Charles Seimears and his wife, Michelle of Raymore, Missouri; his grandsons, Brayden William Lee Seimears of Elwood, Kansas and Machinist  Mate Second Class Eric Wayne Hiles of Honolulu, Hawaii; his granddaughter, Amanda Leigh Hiles of Los Angeles, California; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.  He was preceded in death by his parents, John William Seimears and Helen Mable (Simmons) Seimears; his brothers, John Robert and Martin Seimears; his sister, Connie (Seimears) Dunnaway; and his son, Brian Keith Seimears.

Private family committal was held at the Bonner Springs Cemetery in Bonner Springs, Kansas.  The family suggests memorial contributions to a Memorial fund for his grandson, Brayden, in care of Blue Cross - Blue Shield Credit Union, 2301 Main Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64108.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Alden-Harrington Funeral Home, 214 Oak Street, Bonner Springs, Kansas.
