It is with a sad heart that Pastor John Cliver crossed over May 2, 2013. There will be a memorial at the Longton Christian Community Church at 1:00 PM Saturday, May 4, 2013.

Plans are to be announced. All who knew him are welcome. Come and be with the family.
I have lost a very good friend.
Today, I want to make a difference.
Here I am Lord, use me!

I am so sorry for your loss and the community's loss.  Do you know where an obituary might be posted?  I have been looking for one but haven't located one.  Please let me know if you find out any information.

I haven't seen one either. For his memorial service Miss Ella had Mary work up one. He has been creamated and maybe there will be one from there. If I can find one at the church I will attempt to scan and copy it. There will not be a grave. Miss Ella said she doesn't know where she is going, and until she gets settled John will go with her.

Maybe this weeks paper will have one. Keep looking. and thanks for all you do.

You can send condolences to Ella Cliver at Longton and she will get it. She Hasn't really been here long enough to get use to Elk County ways.
