Participatory Democracy... an un-American activity in Elk County?

Elk Konnected, LLC & Public Squares, Inc. (non-governmental organizations, NGOs, working with other NGOs to influence public policy) appear to be instrumental in implementing the UN Agenda 21 Sustainable Development program.  Initiatives like the Flint Hills Plan are mostly funded by Federal grants (HUD, EPA, USDA, etc.)... funds that are allotted under presidential executive orders dating back to GHW Bush & Clinton to specifically implement Agenda 21 in the US.  Is this all by coincidence?  Is the direct involvement by two of our elected county commissioners unwitting or intentional?  Do they realize that by their methods & connections they clearly support a Participatory Democracy that is subversive to the processes of the constitutional American Republic?

STRENGTHENING THE ROLE OF NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS: PARTNERS FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

27.1. Non-governmental organizations play a vital role in the shaping and implementation of participatory democracy. Their credibility lies in the responsible and constructive role they play in society. Formal and informal organizations, as well as grass-roots movements, should be recognized as partners in the implementation of Agenda 21.
