Don't look now... but your courthouse is killing you

It is about to cost you another $140,000+

Seems your county commission will soon be spending another chunk of your tax $$$ to do more work on the courthouse roof, bell tower & upper level masonry.  Man, this thing is expensive.  About 6 mills on the stuff we're looking at in the next few months.

But what have these things cost you so far...

New roof
Gutter & substructure repairs
Downspout repairs
New boiler
New interior lights

And yet to come...

Window weatherproofing
Interior wall repairs & paint
New floor coverings

An we haven't talked about the heave & substantial crack in the basement floors yet.  

By the way, how are your county roads?  Those take money too.
