This brings us to the sheep.  The libertarian leader is content to be a simple shepherd, letting the sheep graze at will on their own pasture so long as they stay in their own pasture, away from the cliff & out of the river.  In the other extremes, progressive leaders prefer to herd the sheep into narrow controlled paddocks thereby limiting opportunity for growth & neocons prefer to drive the sheep to every pasture on earth whether they own it or not.  In these cases, the ultimate losers are the sheep who are either starved before slaughter or are killed while roaming another shepherd's land.

The sad fact seems to be that the sheep just don't understand... or don't care as long as they can selfishly find a blade of grass to covet & eat.  In human affairs, it's no wonder the sheeple label seems to fit.
