UCLA Defends Allowing Radical Muslim Student Group
To Sound Islamic Call To Prayer On Campus

(Shocking Video: )

(Shockingly, the same group that tried to get Duke University to allow the call to prayer is behind this, the antisemitic terror-tied Muslim Students Association - MSA)

UCLA is under fire for sounding a public call to Muslim prayer, but a campus official says it was a one-time event conducted by students hosting a weekend conference.

University spokesman Phil Hampton released a statement Friday after several websites reported that the campus had conducted a call to Muslim prayer, known as adhan. The posts linked to a video of the campus at which the call could be heard posted Jan. 17 on YouTube.

Mr. Hampton said students issued the call to prayer during a student conference last weekend sponsored by the Muslim Students Association.

The annual MSA West Conference was held Jan. 16-18 at UCLA with the theme, "Rooted In. Rise Up. Solidarity Through Stories."

A video promoting the conference shows students holding signs with messages such as, "Equality," "Piety," "Service," "Against Islamophobia," "Against Racism," "Diversity" and "Divest."

Libs love to defend the Islamic call to prayer by comparing it to church bells, in reality this is total BS as you can see below in the adhan's translation from Arabic:

Allahu Akbar
God is Great
(said four times)
(It should be noted that "Allahu Akbar" DOES NOT MEAN GOD IS GREAT... Allahu Akbar's accurate translation is "Allah is GREATER which implies a superiority conquering war cry.  Spread the truth and reject the Liberal media dumbed down translation...)

Ashhadu an la ilaha illa Allah
I bear witness that there is no god except the One God.
(said two times)

Ashadu anna Muhammadan Rasool Allah
I bear witness that Muhammad is the messenger of God.
(said two times)

Hayya 'ala-s-Salah
Hurry to the prayer (Rise up for prayer)
(said two times)

Hayya 'ala-l-Falah
Hurry to success (Rise up for Salvation)
(said two times)

Allahu Akbar
God is Great
[said two times]

La ilaha illa Allah
There is no god except the One God

After DOJ Releases Him Early From US Prison, Repatriating Him To Qatar

Below is a copy of an invitation to a welcome home party his tribe in Qatar is throwing to celebrate his return:

Update to this story:

Via LWJ:

Members of Qatar's al Murra tribe are throwing a party, and the people of Qatar are cordially invited. The "public invitation" for the party, which will be held down the street from a stadium for the 2022 World Cup, celebrates the return home of Ali Saleh Kahlah al Marri, an admitted al Qaeda sleeper agent released early from federal prison last week.

The prime minister of Qatar has even reportedly spoken to al Marri on the phone, congratulating al Marri on his release. Several alleged photos of the conversation have been posted on social media sites. One of the photos can be seen above.

Al Marri pled guilty in 2009 to obeying instructions from the mastermind of 9/11 to "enter the United States no later than September 10, 2001″ and await further directions. According to President George W. Bush, al Marri pledged his loyalty in person to Osama bin Laden and cased such US targets as "water reservoirs, the New York Stock Exchange, and United States military academies."

However, shortly after his release from a US prison, several prominent Qatari personalities welcomed al Marri home with open arms. In the days that followed, others have continued to heap praise on al Marri, with a longtime board member of Al Jazeera declaring on her personal Twitter page that "we congratulate the family of Ali bin Kahlah al-Marri on his return."

Members of Ali al Marri's immediate family evidently revealed they were "delighted" when Qatar's prime minister phoned the former al Qaeda sleeper agent to ask how he was doing. This was after al Marri's nephew revealed his uncle was "greeted by representatives from the Qatari interior and foreign ministries." The adulation has left al Marri in "high spirits," his nephew said.

The nature of al Marri's release raises serious questions about whether or not he should have been repatriated to Qatar, a country notorious for turning a blind eye to terrorists and terror financiers in its midst.

Charting the Data for US Airstrikes in Pakistan, 2004 - 2015

Created by Bill Roggio

Since 2004, the US has been conducting a covert program to target and kill al Qaeda and Taliban commanders based in Pakistan's lawless northwest. The program has targeted top al Qaeda leaders, al Qaeda's external operations network, and Taliban leaders and fighters who threaten both the Afghan and Pakistani states.

The charts below look at the following: 1) the number of US airstrikes inside Pakistan per year; 2) civilian casualties vs. Taliban/al Qaeda casualties; 3) the distribution of strikes over time by tribal agencies; 4) the overall distribution of strikes, by tribal agencies; 5) the distribution of strikes over time by territories targeted; 6) the overall distribution of strikes, by territories targeted; and 7) the number of high value targets killed in territories managed by individual Taliban commanders.

The data is obtained from press reports from the Pakistani press (Daily Times, Dawn, Geo News, The News, and other outlets), as well as wire reports (AFP, Reuters, etc.), as well as reporting from The Long War Journal. Given the Taliban's control of the areas where strikes occur, and a dearth of reporters in those areas, the exact numbers for casualties are difficult to know. The numbers below are estimates based on press reporting.

For a list of al Qaeda and Taliban leaders thought to have been killed in the attacks, see LWJ report, Senior al Qaeda and Taliban leaders killed in US airstrikes in Pakistan 2004 - 2014.

Krauthammer: Rubio Is Most Likely to Win GOP Nomination

Columnist Charles Krauthammer named Florida Senator Marco Rubio his pick as most likely to be the GOP nominee on Friday's "Special Report" on the Fox News Channel.

Krauthammer was asked by fellow panelist Steve Hayes how he would allocate his money if he was given $100 to go Las Vegas and bet on who will be the nominee. Krauthammer put the most money, $40 on Rubio, with $30 going to Jeb Bush, $15 to Scott Walker, and the remaining $15 on booze. He added "he's [Rubio] my underestimated dark horse candidate who threads his way, young, energetic. He's got a program and I think if he runs against Hillary, the contrast say the vigor, the energy that Kennedy-esque idea will be be a major one."

Amy Walter, National Editor of the Cook Political Report put the most money on Walker, giving him $40, with $25 going to Bush, and the remaining $35 split evenly among the entire field.

Hayes gave Walker and Rubio $30 each, $15 to Jeb Bush, and $10 to Ted Cruz, with the remaining $15 going to the field as a whole.

94 Yr Old Vet Just Wants To Pay His Taxes,
IRS Refuses To Let Him, Says He's Dead

(Take the money and run, Siegfried.... )

Via Fox News:
http://www.foxnews.com/us/2015/01/24/4-year-old-vet-cant-file-tax-return-because-irs-says-dead/?intcmp=latestnews

There is a 94-year-old World War II vet in Ohio who just wants to pay his taxes but can't because the IRS says he's dead.

Siegfried Meinstein has been unable to convince the IRS he is alive, living in an assisted living facility near Columbus, Ohio. The IRS has told the nonagenarian it can't process his tax return because their records indicate he is deceased.

"It isn't really a problem in my daily life," Meinstein told the Columbus Dispatch Friday. "Everybody accepts my money."

The issue with IRS has also prompted some good natured ribbing from his son.

"If they keep insisting, what is it you say?" Ron Meinstein told his father who broke his hip in a swimming pool accident but is otherwise in good health. "Eventually, they'll be right."

Here's actual recent pictures of Isaac Holmes posing with a variety of guns:

Just another gentle fellow

According to KMOV:
http://www.kmov.com/news/local/Man-shot-in-north-St-Louis-late-Wednesday-night-289394861.html

Authorities said the shooting occurred near the intersection of Cottage and Marcus. According to officers, a driver and passenger were inside a stolen red Chevrolet Monte Carlo that had been taken from south St. Louis on December 5, 2014.

Police said officers were doing hot-spot policing in north St. Louis when they noticed the stolen vehicle. The suspect vehicle made an illegal U-turn when the driver spotted officers, according to St. Louis Police Chief Sam Dotson. After the vehicle made the U-turn, officers attempted to follow, but not pursue the car. Authorities spotted the car again a short time later, right before the vehicle hit a retaining wall along Cottage near the intersection of Marcus. The car then stalled.

Police said a passenger in the stolen car, Isaac Holmes, 19, got out of the vehicle and refused to drop an Intratec TEC-9 gun that contained 30 rounds. He was shot by two officers. Officers said the driver, who was not shot, is cooperating with police.

Holmes was taken to a hospital but later died. According to police, no officers were injured.

Dotson told News 4 Holmes was known to police and had been arrested before for stealing cars and burglary.

Global Warming Causing Doomsday Clock To Tick Closer To Midnight

(Time to start stockpiling blocks of ice...)

Via USA Today

Citing unchecked climate change and the ongoing threat of nuclear weapons, scientists Thursday moved the hands of the Doomsday Clock two minutes closer to midnight.

"It is now three minutes to midnight," said Kennette Benedict, the executive director and publisher of the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists at a news conference in Washington, D.C. "The probability of global catastrophe is very high. This is about the end of civilization as we know it."

Three minutes is the closest to midnight the clock has been since 1984 during the Cold War. The closest it has ever been to midnight — two minutes— was in 1953, when the hydrogen bomb was first tested. The closer to a setting of midnight it gets, the closer it's estimated that a global disaster will occur.

"In 2015, unchecked climate change, global nuclear weapons modernizations and outsized nuclear weapons arsenals pose extraordinary and undeniable threats to the continued existence of humanity," the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists said in a statement.

"World leaders have failed to act with the speed or on the scale required to protect citizens from potential catastrophe. These failures of political leadership endanger every person on Earth."

Ratings For Øb☭ma SOTU Lowest In 15 Years

(And those who attended, weren't even fully there, LOL...)

Lowest ratings in 15 years. Like the overwhelming majority of Americans, we avoided it.

Television viewership for President Obama's State of the Union address fell to a 15-year low, according to numbers from Nielsen.

The hour and fiftenn minute-long speech drew an average of 31.7 million viewers on broadcast and cable networks Tuesday, the measurement firm said.

The combined figure is down about 5% from last year's State of the Union address, which clocked in at 33.3 million.

This year's count, which does not include people who streamed the event online, was the lowest since President Clinton's final State of the Union in 2000. That speech pulled in just under 31.5 million viewers.

Nielsen's combined tally included networks ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, Al Jazeera America, Azteca, CNN, Fox Business Network, Fox News Channel, Galavision, MSNBC, MundoFox and Univision.
