Objectib Ebidense – Michael Brown's parents react to release of Ferguson police calls

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – Attorneys for Michael Brown's parents are reacting to police  radio calls from the day their son was shot and killed by Ferguson Officer Darren Wilson. The police dispatch recordings were obtained by St. Louis Post-Dispatch. The new  recordings have not changed the family's opinion about how the Ferguson police department responded that fateful day.

Mike Brown Jr's parents returned to St. Louis Friday night. Before they or their lawyers were aware the St. Louis Post Dispatch  released Ferguson police radio calls and surveillance video of Officer Darren Wilson who fired the fatal shots.  The family's attorney noted, "From the video released today it would appear the initial descriptions of his (Officer Wilson's) injuries were exaggerated."

So far as I'm concerned, the Republicans received a mandate, not to plow ahead with some hastily cobbled programs, but to try to undo what Obama has done over the past half dozen years. I realize that "Can Undo!" doesn't compare with "Can Do!" as a call to arms, but it's what's most needed at this time.

Besides, until 2016, when some Republican or other will teach Hillary Clinton one final political lesson, there isn't a great deal of legislation that the Republicans could get past Obama's veto.

There are those who believe that the GOP tsunami will work to Hillary's advantage because she will be able to base her campaign on opposition to a Republican House and Senate. That will be quite a trick because it would involve siding with Obama, which she has gone to great lengths to avoid doing.

The truth is that Hillary is in an untenable position. On the one hand, she was Obama's hand maiden for four years and apparently never differed with him on foreign policy; at least not to the extent that led her to resign on principle. Also, she lied about Benghazi, which makes her an accomplice in the cover-up of four American deaths.

On the other hand, if she voices her disagreement with the way Obama has handled things, she risks offending the 40% of the people, which translates to 80% of Democrats, who still think he's been doing a swell job. She also risks having Obama swing his support to, say, Elizabeth Warren, who happens to be younger, more attractive, a better speaker, and a far more pleasant and intelligent version of Hillary. Warren is equally loony in her politics, but she carries a lot less baggage than Hillary, who, by this time, carries more than a team of redcaps.

At this point, aside from the dyed-in-the-wool Progressives, everyone else in America is convinced Obama is radioactive. That's why even his most ardent fans in the Senate didn't want him campaigning on their behalf. The conditions aren't identical, but in 1974, in the midst of the Watergate scandal, Barry Goldwater paid a visit to the White House and told Richard Nixon that, for the good of the nation and of the Republican Party, it was time for him to vacate the premises.

Far be it from me to give the Democrats advice, but if I were someone like Chuck Schumer or even Harry Reid, I would pay Barack Obama just such a visit. I'm not suggesting that Obama, whose narcissism is as legendary as his arrogance, would agree to pack up, but desperate times call for desperate measures. And for a Democrat, I can't imagine things could be more desperate than they are at this very minute.

The irony of the recent elections was that they finally fulfilled Obama's promise in 2008 to be the Great Uniter. Although as he said, he wasn't on the ballot, his policies were. And they served to unite Americans in a way I had no longer thought possible.

I know that the Democrats have tried to draw comfort from the fact that it was only a midterm election when many people elected to stay home. They were claiming that as a result, a huge portion of their base – the silent two-thirds Obama referred to in his post-election press conference – didn't turn out. But even that turned out to be another lie. According to the postmortems, the percent of black and female votes was only one percentage point less than the turnout in 2012.

To me, the biggest mystery to come out of the midterms took place in Minnesota, where, in 2008, Al Franken wound up pulling ballots out of his butt in order to become the state's junior senator. But this time around, he cruised to victory, crushing Mike McFadden by 200,000 votes. I know it gets cold in Minnesota, but did a million people simultaneously suffer a brain-freeze?

What we did see was that once again, those who support third parties, while insisting that the two major parties are identical, exist only to remind us of the thin line that divides sanity from lunacy. If everyone just tried a little harder to find Republicans or Democrats to vote for, we'd all be a lot better off.

Third party supporters like to say they're sending a message to one party or the other; but it's generally the GOP. And whether they're voting for Maness in Louisiana or Sarvis in Virginia, their sole role is as spoiler and, therefore, the only message that's coming through loud and clear is: "We're a bunch of dopes."

In Virginia's 2013 gubernatorial election, Libertarian Robert Sarvis sucked up 6.52% of the vote, enabling Terry McAuliffe (D) to defeat Ken Cuccinelli (R) 47.76% to 45.23%. This year, he only managed to receive 2.45%, but even that was enough to ensure victory for Democrat Mark Warner, 49.05% over Republican Ed Gillespie 48.50%.

In conclusion, I'll remind you that Edward Everett Hale (1822-1909), publisher, minister and blood kin to both Nathan Hale and Helen Keller, when asked if he prayed for U.S. Senators, said, "No, I look at U.S. Senators and pray for the country."

Barack [INSANE] Obuma is secretly negotiating the largest international trade agreement in history, and the mainstream media in the United States is almost completely ignoring it. If this treaty is adopted, it will be the most important step toward a one world economic system that we have ever seen. The name of this treaty is "the Trans-Pacific Partnership", and the text of the treaty is so closely guarded that not even members of Congress know what is in it. Right now, there are 12 countries that are part of the negotiations: the United States, Canada, Australia, Brunei, Chile, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore and Vietnam. These nations have a combined population of 792 million people and account for an astounding 40 percent of the global economy. And it is hoped that the EU, China and India will eventually join as well. This is potentially the most dangerous economic treaty of our lifetimes, and yet there is very little political debate about it in this country.

Even though Congress is not being allowed to see what is in the treaty, Barack Obama wants Congress to give him fast track negotiating authority. What that means is that Congress would essentially trust Obama to negotiate a good treaty for us. Congress could vote the treaty up or down, but would not be able to amend or filibuster it.

Of course, now the Republicans control both houses of Congress. If they are foolish enough to blindly give Barack Obama so much power, they should all immediately resign.

And it is critical that people understand that this is not just an economic treaty. It is basically a gigantic end run around Congress. Thanks to leaks, we have learned that so many of the things that Obama has deeply wanted for years are in this treaty. If adopted, this treaty will fundamentally change our laws regarding Internet freedom, healthcare, copyright and patent protection, food safety, environmental standards, civil liberties and so much more. This treaty includes many of the rules that alarmed Internet activists so much when SOPA was being debated, it would essentially ban all "Buy American" laws, it would give Wall Street banks much more freedom to trade risky derivatives and it would force even more domestic manufacturing offshore.

In other words, it is the treaty from hell.

In addition to imposing Obama's vision for the world on 40 percent of the global population, it is also being described as a "Christmas wish-list for major corporations." Of the 29 chapters in the treaty, only five of them actually deal with economic issues. The rest of the treaty deals with a whole host of other issues of great importance to the global elite.

This treaty is written in such a way that the United States will be permanently bound by all of the provisions and will never be able to alter them unless all of the other countries agree.

Are you starting to understand why this treaty is so dangerous?

This treaty is the key to Obama's "legacy". He wants to impose his will upon 40 percent of the global population in a way that will never be able to be overturned.

Of course Obama is touting this treaty as the path to economic recovery. He promises that it will greatly increase global trade, decrease tariffs and create more jobs for American workers.

But instead, it would be a major step toward destroying what is left of the U.S. economy.

Over the past several decades, every time a major trade agreement has been signed we have seen even more good jobs leave the United States.

And it doesn't take a genius to figure out why this is happening. If corporations can move jobs to the other side of the planet to nations where it is legal to pay slave labor wages, they will make larger profits.

Just think about it. If you were running a corporation and you had the choice of paying workers ten dollars an hour or one dollar an hour, which would you choose?

Plus there are so many other costs, taxes and paperwork hassles when you deal with American workers. For example, big corporations will not have to provide Obamacare for their foreign workers. That alone will represent a huge savings.

Any basic course in economics will teach you that labor flows from markets where labor costs are high to markets where labor costs are lower. And at this point it costs less to make almost everything overseas. As a result, we have already lost millions upon millions of good jobs, and countless small and mid-size U.S. companies have been forced to shut down because they cannot compete with foreign manufacturers.

Later this month, consumers will flock to retail stores for "Black Friday" deals. But if you look carefully at those products, you will find that almost all of them are made overseas. We buy far, far more from the rest of the world than they buy from us, and that is a recipe for national economic suicide.

We consume far more wealth that we produce, and anyone with half a brain can see that is not sustainable in the long run. The only way that we have been able to maintain our high standard of living is by going into insane amounts of debt. We are currently living in the largest debt bubble in the history of the planet, and at some point the party is going to end.

OBAMA IS CURRENTLY PLACING THE U.S. IN A CORPORATE CONTROLLED POLICE STATE DICTATORSHIP

While the United States is fully preoccupied with global crises ranging from the fight against ISIS in Iraq and Syria, the spread of Ebola and the conflict in Ukraine, there is another development on the world stage which threatens the economic health of every single American and American based business. Specifically, I am referencing the Trans Pacific Partnership. The protocols of the TPP establishes a free-trade zone/bloc stretching from Vietnam to Chile and Japan. The most draconian free trade agreement in history includes nearly a billion people which encompass almost 40% of the world's economy. Since Obama failed to fast-track the TPP into law last year, he has made amazing progress and America is nearing its fate with destiny.

Transferring the American Economy to a Corporate Dictatorship

As America races toward her date with destiny, there is yet another "fundamentally transforming" event coming her way and that event is known as the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP).

Many of us in the media believe that some of the effects of the TPP will be felt before the coming war and martial law crackdown. However, after careful analysis, I am convinced that the brunt of the TPP will be felt after the America we know has been totally taken over in a post-war and post-economic collapse scenario. At the end of the day, it does not matter when the implementation of the TPP comes, because when it does, America will no longer be recognizable to anyone who has grown up in this once great country.

The Implementation of the TPP Is Progressing By Stealth

Some of you are reading these words have no idea what the Trans-Pacific Partnership consists of. Most of you have never heard of it. Some of you have heard or read the term, but fail to realize the extreme danger that the implementation of this so-called trade agreement will mean to America and our way of life. A scant few are coming to realize just how dangerous the TPP truly is. For the record, the TPP is masquerading as a free trade agreement involving the US, Australia, Japan, Canada,Brunei, Vietnam, Malaysia, Chile,  Mexico, New Zealand, Peru and Singapore. The TPP is much, much more than a free trade agreement.

With regard to the TPP, ignorance of the organization is understandable. We in the truthful media have not fulfilled our duty to fully explore the ramifications of the TPP because so little is publicly known, Obama has taken full advantage of the cloudy environment and is preparing to even bypass the constitutionally required approval of the Congress before implementing the TPP through a process called "fast-tracking."

Obama Is Bypassing Congressional Approval

Under the TPP, GMO labels for US food would not be allowed. Also not allowed is Congressional oversight.

President Obama is indeed seeking Fast Track Trade Promotion Authority for the TPP as he is feverishly attempting to get the deal done by the end of the year. If Obama does manage to sign the agreement without Congressional approval, this would effectively neuter Congress in the final approval process. Under such an agreement, this would permit Obama to sign the trade agreement "without Congressional approval."

When something is secret and kept from you, it is usually very bad for you!

After "Fast-Tracking," Obama would send the finalized agreement to Congress and this would subsequently force a vote within 90 days. Congressional debate would be very limited and no amendments would be permitted. Even if Congress wanted to protect the American worker and the American economy from devastation, they cannot if Obama obtains the power to fast-track the TPP.

Let's be clear, Obama is violating the separation of powers principle of the US Constitution by leaving Congress in the dark and by limiting their ability to use their Congressional powers as they would with any other legislation. The rumors of the TPP policies are so horrific that even the Kool-Aid drinkers from the Democratic party are calling on Obama to allow more transparency. Congress is asking Obama to allow for more transparency? I did not know that we passed a Constitutional amendment which states that Congress works for Obama.

The TPP Represents the Total Loss of US Sovereignty

The TPP is the brain child of the corporations. The TPP places all member nations directly under the control of the TPP instead of their respective national governments. Congress has been denied access to review any of the documents. Alan Grayson (D-FL) was granted a special exemption to view a small part of the TPP and he was told by TPP officials to keep his mouth shut as Grayson recalls that "They maintain that the text is classified information. I'm a member of Congress, but now they tell me that they don't want me to talk to anybody about it because if I did, I'd be releasing classified information."  Do you realize what this means? The corporate controlled TPP has granted themselves the authority to exercise the governmental power of classifying documents and Congress is included in the exclusion. Do you understand that this means we are living in a corporate dictatorship? It gets even worse.

Meet Your New Government: Monsanto and Walmart

As if it is not egregious enough that Congress is not allowed to view TPP documents, the 600 corporate officials, who form the TPP panel (e.g. corporate officials from corporations such as Monsanto and Walmart, have complete control of the developmental process of the TPP. Obama can view any part of the process, Congress and the American public cannot.

Further, a leaked chapter of the TPP speaks to the creation of a TPP Tribunal Council which will have the authority to force member nations to transform its laws, its civil procedures, its criminal procedures, even its electoral process, in order to abide by the TPP Tribunal dictates. The bottom line is that we are witnessing the destruction of the Constitution and the entire legal code of the United States, because once the tribunal makes a ruling with regard to a national law, there is no appeal. The Tribunal consists of unelected bureaucrats who are appointed by the creators of the TPP. The term of office for Tribunal officials is unlimited.

The most disturbing aspect of this agreement is that the TPP totally eviscerates the Tenth Amendment of the US Constitution. If, for example, the State of Arizona wanted to outlaw fracking, the TPP could overrule the local legislation if it so desired. To illustrate how far this unconstitutional corporate power extends, the TPP could declare cocaine trafficking to be legal and this could not be challenged by any level of government, nor is it subject to review by the Supreme Court. Obama and his TPP cronies are writing the obituary for the U.S. Constitution.

The TPP represents the total obliteration of American sovereignty. Oh yeah, I almost forgot to mention another small set of details. How long do you think it will take until the TPP imposes a draconian version of cap and trade upon the American people and small businesses? The cap and trade version of what Obama tried to get passed in the Senate, when he first took office, consisted of reducing everyone's energy consumption by 80% and utility rates "would necessarily skyrocket."

Please pause for just one moment and ask yourself if you like would like an 80% reduction of individual and business energy use and what that dramatic reduction of energy use would look like? The rank and file in this country would effectively be living in 1890.

This is Agenda 21 on steroids and it is being fully implemented through the backdoor. That is why the TPP is being kept from Congress and the American people.


These facts lead me to state that this President needs to be arrested and tried for treason.

Conclusion

Even the Chinese get it, while the Americans comfortably sit on the couch while their nation is being carved up piece by piece.

Obama's fast tracking of the TPP is designed to be completed by the end of the year which would coincide with the commencement of many of Obama's health care reforms which are in the process of being implemented (e.g. the tripling Obamacare fines and the full exposure of the "death panels" which deny many kinds of heathcare treatments at age 70 and above).

I wish I could accurately state that the loss of sovereignty is the only threat that the TPP poses to the American people. However, to say so, would constitute a grossly inaccurate statement. Under the TPP, the alternative media will be destroyed, guns will be confiscated and the face of American employment will be forever changed in ways that you will not believe. If anything, this article has understated the threat posed to America by the TPP. The TPP is not a free trade agreement, it is a document which introduces a new era into American government. If the TPP passes, we will be living in an absolute corporate dictatorship. This constitutes a form of economic martial law. And while this article is passing out one nightmare after another, please consider the fact that China and Russia are being purposely left out of the TPP.  From an economic standpoint, that makes no sense unless one realizes that we are on a collision course with World War III and the BRIC nations, headed by China and Russia who will be our opponent in the upcoming conflict.

In his recent trip to Asia, Obama said the TPP, is in a deadlock largely due to disagreement between the United States and Japan over how widely Japan will open its doors to farm exports, had the potential to be an "historic achievement". JAPANESE FARMERS ARE THE ONLY OBSTACLE REMAINING THAT WHEN RESOLVED, WILL RESULT IN THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A TOTAL CORPORATE CONTROLLED POLICE STATE DICTATORSHIP OVER THE UNITED STATES.

    1) Thug
    As Richard Sherman pointed out after receiving criticism about his post Super Bowl interview, "It seems like [thug] is the acceptable way of calling someone the n word nowadays. Substituting the word thug doesn't disguise the negative association with Black people."

    2) Urban/Inner city
    The Black community is often referred to as urban or inner city when people are uncomfortable talking about Black people or where they live.

    3) State's rights
    During the Civil Rights Movement, politicians used racially coded appeals and words such as "state's rights" to try and capitalize on the racial anxiety during that time.

    4) Welfare and food stamps
    When President Lyndon Johnson wanted welfare to include a racial component, it became possible to associate welfare with helping minorities. The same stigma is used with food stamps today. When Newt Gingrich called Obama "the food stamp" president, everyone knew what word he really was using.

    5) Law and order
    During the Civil Rights Movement, the opposition said that "Law and Order" was needed to handle the racial tension and civil rights protests. In other words, we need to control the Blacks.

    6) Cut taxes
    Making the poor and people of color sound more threatening, cutting taxes has long been racial code for not using tax payer money to help Black and brown people.

    As the nation waits to hear whether a Missouri police officer will face charges for killing unarmed teenager Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo., the FBI is warning law enforcement agencies across the country that the decision "will likely" lead some extremist protesters to threaten and even attack police officers or federal agents.

    Peaceful protesters could be caught in the middle, and electrical facilities or water treatment plants could also become targets. In addition, so-called "hacktivists" like the group "Anonymous" could try to launch cyber-attacks against authorities.

    "The announcement of the grand jury's decision ... will likely be exploited by some individuals to justify threats and attacks against law enforcement and critical infrastructure," the FBI says in an intelligence bulletin issued in recent days. "This also poses a threat to those civilians engaged in lawful or otherwise constitutionally protected activities."

Gallup: Support For ObumaCrappyCare Among White People Just 21%...

    Cholera. New Coke. A snake in a mailbox. All these things are more popular than ObamaCare. At least among white people.

    ObamaCare's approval ratings have hit a new low, down to 29 percent among white people from 32 percent and down to 56 percent among minorities from 62 percent. That is moving dangerously into evens territory.

    It's the first time non-white support has fallen below 60 percent and indicates that the lack of support is due to experience and is penetrating even Obama's own base.

    There is essentially no white support for ObamaCare left. Independents have backed further away from ObamaCare. Independent support for ObamaCare is down to 33 percent from 39 percent.

    ObamaCare is no longer competitive among independents.

     There is actually a small uptick of support for ObamaCare among Democrats, going from 73 to 74 percent. This says more about party rigidity and the departure of Democrats from the party. When national opposition is growing while party support increases, that means the party is being hollowed out.

     Democrats know it and they're panicking badly.

    She was a pioneer in trans and lesbian issues, workers rights, and intersectionality long before anyone could define the phrase. Her partner, Minnie Bruce Pratt, and family offered us this obituary:

    Leslie Feinberg, who identified as an anti-racist white, working-class, secular Jewish, transgender, lesbian, female, revolutionary communist, died on November 15. She succumbed to complications from multiple tick-borne co-infections, including Lyme disease, babeisiosis, and protomyxzoa rheumatica, after decades of illness.

    She died at home in Syracuse, NY, with her partner and spouse of 22 years, Minnie Bruce Pratt, at her side. Her last words were: "Remember me as a revolutionary communist."

    Feinberg was the first theorist to advance a Marxist concept of "transgender liberation," and her work impacted popular culture, academic research, and political organizing.

    Her historical and theoretical writing has been widely anthologized and taught in the U.S. and international academic circles. Her impact on mass culture was primarily through her 1993 first novel, Stone Butch Blues, widely considered in and outside the U.S. as a groundbreaking work about the complexities of gender. Sold by the hundreds of thousands of copies and also passed from hand-to-hand inside prisons, the novel has been translated into Chinese, Dutch, German, Italian, Slovenian, Turkish, and Hebrew (with her earnings from that edition going to ASWAT Palestinian Gay Women).
