House Hearing Room Bursts Out Laughing After Dem Congressman
Says Obuma Has A "Red Line" On Obumacare

(OOOooooo  .... Nobody laughs at Obuma's bumbling incompetence...  nobody! ;) ;))

Via CNS News:
People attending a House Rules Committee hearing on Saturday evening burst into laughter when Rep. Jim McGovern (D.-Mass.) affirmed to House Appropriations Chairman Hal Rogers (R.-Ky.) that President Barack Obama, by threatening to veto a continuing resolution to fund the government past Monday if it includes a House amendment to delay Obamacare, has thus "drawn a red line" on the  CR.

The committee was meeting to approve the rule by which the House would consider the Senate-passed CR and amendments to it that would repeal a tax on medical devices and delay Obamacare for one year.

Rep. Louise Slaughter (D.-N.Y.), the ranking member of the committee, read a position statement she said was from the administration that threatened the veto.

DNC Chief Wasserman Schultz: "Tea Party Extremists" Are "Unhinged"
http://www.realclearpolitics.com/video/2013/09/29/wasserman_schultz_on_tea_party_opposition_to_obamacare_these_people_have_come_unhinged.html

(Wha... are my eyes deceiving me or did Debbie Wasserman Schultz just call someone else "unhinged?")

WASSERMAN SCHULTZ: You're right. And that process needs to be fixed. But last night you have Republican tea party extremists actually celebrating on the House Floor, publicly celebrating that they got — Michele Bachmann said she got everything she wanted.

You have other Republicans who have said they're delighted over shutting the government down. What we need to do is come together. And let me just give you an analogy here. This is — there's clear evidence that the tail is wagging the dog and you have got Republicans on the other side who are irrational and not playing with a full deck.

Would you — if you didn't like the redesign of your kitchen, would you burn the whole house down or would you try to make modifications to the kitchen? These people have come unhinged.

Canada Revokes Islamic Group ISNA's Tax Exempt Status
For Support Of Terrorism

(Video above is of Muslim President Obuma's good wishes for ISNA in the U.S. which has also come under fire for support for terrorist organizations)

Via Toronto Sun:

TORONTO — The Canada Revenue Agency has revoked the charitable status of an Islamic group after it says it distributed over $280,000 to an agency allegedly linked to a terrorist organization in Pakistan.

The CRA announced Friday it will strip the Islamic Society of North America Canada's Development Foundation of its charitable status.

After a nearly two-year-long audit of its books, the CRA said it found evidence linking the group to an organization that funds a terrorist organization in Pakistan.

Al-Shabaab Used Game of 20 Questions To Separate
Muslims From Infidels During Kenyan Mall Siege

(And we already know what happened to those who lost their game)

(AP) — The turbaned gunmen who infiltrated Nairobi's Westgate mall arrived with a set of religious trivia questions: As terrified civilians hid in toilet stalls, behind mannequins, in ventilation shafts and underneath food court tables, the assailants began a high-stakes game of 20 Questions to separate Muslims from those they consider infidels.

A 14-year-old boy saved himself by jumping off the mall's roof, after learning from friends inside that they were quizzed on names of the Prophet Muhammad's relatives. A Jewish man scribbled a Quranic scripture on his hand to memorize, after hearing the terrorists were asking captives to recite specific verses. Numerous survivors described how the attackers from al-Shabab, a Somali cell which recently joined al-Qaeda, shot people who failed to provide the correct answers.

Their chilling accounts, combined with internal al-Shabab documents discovered earlier this year by The Associated Press, mark the final notch in a transformation within the global terror network, which began to rethink its approach after its setbacks in Iraq. Al-Qaeda has since realized that the indiscriminate killing of Muslims is a strategic liability, and hopes instead to create a schism between Muslims and everyone else, whom they consider "kuffar," or apostates.

"What this shows is al-Qaeda's acknowledgment that the huge masses of Muslims they have killed is an enormous PR problem within the audience they are trying to reach," said Daveed Gartenstein-Ross, director of the Center for the Study of Terrorist Radicalization. "This is a problem they had documented and noticed going back to at least Iraq. And now we see al-Qaeda groups are really taking efforts to address it."

Obuma won't negotiate with terrorists: talks with Iran's President Rouhani, snubs Republicans.  After all, who are the real terrorists, as far as Barack Obama is concerned?

"It's a three-decade first: Presidents of U.S., Iran talk directly, if only by phone,"
by Chelsea J. Carter for CNN, September 27:

(CNN) -- U.S. [Muslim] President Barack Obuma spoke by telephone Friday with Iranian President Hassan Rouhani -- the first direct conversation between leaders in Washington and Tehran since 1979 -- raising the possibility a deal can be reached over Iran's controversial nuclear program.
Describing the conversation as a starting point, Obama said he believes an agreement is possible regarding Iran's nuclear ambitions that could lead to better relations.

"While there will surely be important obstacles to moving forward and success is by no means guaranteed, I believe we can reach a comprehensive solution," Obama told reporters during a White House briefing.

Western leaders have expressed cautious optimism about Iran's more moderate tone under Rouhani, whose recent comments have raised hopes that a deal could be struck over the Middle Eastern nation's nuclear program.

Obama said he reiterated to Rouhani statements he made earlier in the week during the United Nations General Assembly, where he signaled the United States was open to negotiations with Iran provided real action is taken.

"So the test will be meaningful, transparent, and verifiable actions, which can also bring relief from the comprehensive international sanctions that are currently in place," he said Friday.

The conversation between the two men came at the end of the General Assembly, where conjecture abounded over whether Obama and Rouhani would meet in person and what that might mean for U.S.-Iranian relations.

Rouhani told reporters Friday that there wasn't enough time to plan such a face-to-face meeting.

The last time a U.S. president spoke with an Iranian leader was in 1979, when Jimmy Carter talked by telephone with Shah Mohammed Reza Pahlavi before Pahlavi was overthrown.

National Security Advisor Susan Rice told CNN's Fareed Zakaria that the administration was contacted by the Iranian delegation.

"Today, somewhat surprisingly, we were contacted by them to say that President Rouhani would like to speak to President Obama on the telephone on his way out of town, and we were able to make that call come together and it was a constructive conversation," she said.

The call lasted about 15 minutes, with translation, Rice said.

Rice characterized the call as "cordial and constructive."...

Okay!

Ross

I have not seen this cover but while talking with my neighbor he said he saw the magazine on the news rack.
And there is a blistering article inside about Obama.

Newsweek last published in hard print at the end of 2012.

The magazine became digital in 2013l.

None of the covers shown on the digital web site match this one.

I too did a digital search for this cover and found nothing.
At any rate I believe my neighbor who I know to be an honest man.
But thanks for letting me know.
Perhaps I misunderstood him, I do have a pretty bad hearing impairment.

W. Gray

It is not recent.

It is an actual print publication cover from some fifteen months ago.
