Before and after photos of a Ten Commandments granite monument, erected in front of a Christian outreach ministry in Washington, DC — the heavy stone tablets were forcibly toppled over by vandals this past weekend:

If this vandalism had occurred on the property of a mosque, it would be called a hate crime and the mainstream media would be ballistic over it.

A stone monument of the Ten Commandments that sits on a street behind the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington and was the subject of controversy in the past has been toppled by vandals.

The 3-foot-by-3-foot granite monument weighs 850 pounds and sits out front of the headquarters of Faith and Action, a Christian outreach ministry. The group installed the tablets in a garden outside its offices in 2006, and the group's president said the tablets were angled so that justices arriving at the high court would see them.

The Rev. Robert Schenck, who heads the organization, said the damage to the monument happened sometime between Friday night and Saturday night. A minister who works in the area alerted the group to the damage around 9 p.m. Saturday.

The monument had been pushed over so that the words of the Ten Commandments are now face down. Vandals bent a steel rod that secures the monument to a thick concrete base to an almost 90 degree angle. The monument itself is not damaged, Schenck said.

"Whoever did this was determined to get it done because it's not something you could easily do," Schenck said, adding that the vandals also installed a "For Rent" yard sign by the monument and that the vandalism was reported to police.

Officer Anthony Clay, a Metropolitan Police Department spokesman, said Monday that the case remains open.

Schenck said he did not know how much it would cost to bring the tablets upright, but the organization plans to reinforce the monument and install a security camera that monitors the area. He said they also plan to ask a neighboring organization and the U.S. Supreme Court for their security footage during the time when the monument was vandalized.

Schenck said that he wasn't angry about the damage and that, in a way, the vandals had helped the organization convey important messages: "We all violate the Ten Commandments" and "We all violate God's rules."

70% of the seals in California have died this way now.  It is a harbinger of what mankind has to look forward to.

No, this isn't alarmist.  If anything the world is yawning when it should be on full alert.

Mankind had better wake up quickly as human mortality rates are climbing as well.

Note that it is 'wickedness' not just some little inconvenience or annoyance.  It reflects on the spiritual state of humanity.

Moments like these put the Clash of Civilizations into bloody context. This isn't abstract politics. It's not about economics, the environment or foreign policy. It's about a worldview in which a five-year-old who can't recite the Islamic confession of faith deserves to be killed.

At the Khaybar Massacre and the birth of the battle cry Allahu Akbar, Mohammed's cousin asked why he meant to massacre the Jews. "Fight with them until they bear testimony to the fact that there is no god but Allah and Mohammed is his Messenger," he replied.

That message in one form or another permeates Islam. It is the essence of the Jihad.

For about $200,000, Mrs. Clinton will offer pithy reflections and Mitch Albom-style lessons from her time as the nation's top diplomat. ("Leadership is a team sport." "You can't win if you don't show up." "A whisper can be louder than a shout.")

As useful as it is to inform audiences of bored people waiting to get out for some burgers that "Leadership is a team sport" and "You can't win if you don't show up" (Hillary did show up and didn't win), it doesn't sound like those are really the lessons that Hillary learned while letting four Americans die in Benghazi and handing a misspelled reset button to the Russkis.

How about informing the National Association of Realtors that the real lesson is "What difference does it make". Sure you sold a home to a nice couple with three kids that's located on an Indian burial ground/toxic waste dump. But really what difference does it make?

Or how about telling the American Society of Travel Agents that sure you may have suggested Libya as a great resort destination to that elderly couple celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary and now there are pictures of their corpses being paraded around by America's friendly Islamist allies... but really what difference does it make?

Her name is Lamia, and she's 19-years-old. While in Syria, she had sex with jihadis fighting to overthrow the secular Bashar Assad regime. Among other nationalities she recalls having slept with were Pakistanis, Afghanis, Libyans, Tunisians, Iraqis, Saudis, and Somalis, all in the context of the "sex jihad."

According to Al Sharouk reporters, who went to interview Lamia at her home, the young woman began her story by saying that in 2011 she became religious, after watching an Islamic program; among other things, she took to wearing the hijab and came to believe that going out in public was a sin.

Martyrs get 72 virgins. Female sex Jihadists get what? A break from being sexually abused by the holy warriors who somehow have caught AIDS? And her martyrdom is dying of AIDS.

At any rate, by the time war broke out in Syria, Lamia's mind was "dough for the cleric to mold any which way he wanted." He proceeded to send her to Benghazi, Libya, then to Turkey, and then to Aleppo, Syria.

There she found many women and young girls residing in an old hospital that had been turned into a campsite. A man claiming to be the "emir" of the sexual campground met her saying his name was Abu Ayoub, the Tunisian. But, she said, the true leader was a Yemeni, who appeared leading a group of jihadis calling themselves "Omar's Battalion." He was the first to take her.

Lamia confessed that she did not know how many men had sex with her and that all that she remembers is being abused, beaten, and forced to do things "that contradict all sense of human worth." She also said that she met many Tunisian women including one who died while being tortured for trying to escape.

Finally, released back to Tunisia, Lamia has been to a doctor finding that she is five months pregnant. Both she and her unborn are carrying the aids virus.

It's not clear what Omar's Battalion is, but it might be the Omar al Mokhtar Battalion of the Free Syrian Army. One of our "moderate" allies.

Omar al Mokhtar was an Islamic figure who carried out attacks on the Italians in the 20s in Libya. That would suggest that she had actually hooked up with Libyan Jihadis fresh from Obama's conquest of Libya.

There was an Omar Mukhtar Brigade in Libya. It may have just been transplanted to Syria. An early Free Officer's communique from Syria lists the Omar al-Mokhtar of Tubruk. Tobruk is a Libyan city.

1/3 of Gaza Hamas Marriages Involved Underage Girls

Who knew that setting up a region controlled by Islamists would lead to repression of women and child abuse?

In 2012, of about 17,000 marriages were registered in the courts of the Gaza Strip, 35% were cases in which the brides were under 17 years old. These marriages are concluded without the courts knowing the girls' real ages. Meanwhile, about 2,700 divorce cases were registered in the same year, and in 25% of these the wives were underage, Bakr Azzam, a lawyer specializing in Sharia issues, told Al-Monitor.

So a higher percentage of underage girls get married than divorced in Gaza. Somehow I don't think it's marital bliss that's responsible for that statistic.

Mariam explained that due to her young age she wasn't capable of meeting the demands of married life.

"I was taken away from my small toys, taken out of my school forcibly and delivered to my husband whom I had only seen once, in front of the judge who officiated my marriage contract," she added.

Mariam recently ran away from her husband's house and returned to her father's, after concluding that she could not bear to stay with her husband.

He dates other women under the excuse that his wife is young and thinks like a child, not living up to the intellect of a man of his age. Mariam's husband also beats her whenever they have an argument.

"When I told my father about this, he told me, 'This is normal and most young people are facing such a situation these days'"
