New Obamacare ads the creepiest ads EVAH!!!

Creepy as hell!  These ads certainly are creepy but they might be my favorite Obamacare ads too.  Reminds me of a Clown and that kind of clown music.  Only thing is, I'm not loving the idea of using an icon like Uncle Sam as the "bad guy."  I think a creepy looking Obuma mask or even an evil looking ObumaClown would have been better.

Democratic Official Wishes A "Painful" Death On Ted Cruz Aide's Children

Allan Brauer, the communications chair for the Democratic Party of Sacramento, Calif., told an aide to Sen. Ted Cruz (R., Tex.) on Friday that he hoped her children "die from debilitating, painful and incurable disease.

The Democratic Party of Sacramento County (DPSC) Friday called for and accepted the resignation of its volunteer communications chair following of series of personal twitter comments directed at GOP staff after Republicans voted to defund President Obama's health care law.

DPSC chair Kerri Asbury said the personal twitter comments made by Communications Committee chair Allan Brauer were "appalling and inexcusable." She accepted his resignation Friday, and issued the following statement:

"The comments by our volunteer communications chair are appalling and inexcusable. No matter what our political disagreements may be, wishing harm is never an acceptable response during heated public debate or any other time. Mr. Brauer has apologized for his comments and expressed his remorse."

Don't worry, beleaguered citizens of Chicago, the Tiny Dancer is on the job!

Mayor Rahm Emanuel, who flew to Washington, D.C. on Thursday, canceled planned meetings with cabinet officials and was scheduled to head back to the city, a spokesman said.

"Senseless and brazen acts of violence have no place in Chicago and betray all that we stand for," the mayor said in a statement. "The perpetrators of this crime will be brought to justice and prosecuted to the full extent of the law."

Sure they will. Then there will be another weekend of carnage. Meanwhile, what's he doing meeting with Obama cabinet members? Doesn't he work in Chicago? It occurs to us that if he had any clue he'd have been back in town about 10 hours ago. Guess we'll never know what he was up to, just like Obama on the night of Benghazi. Strange, too, considering we can find no mention prior to today that he was in DC. Oh well, we're sure it's all on the up and up.

Meanwhile, there were more kneejerk calls for gun control.

Rep. Jan Schakowsky, a Democrat from Illinois, said the shooting shows the need for Congress to act on gun control.

"Congress must act now to pass gun safety legislation that protects our children, families and our communities," Schakowsky said in a statement Friday morning.

No mention is made of all the laws already on the books and the failure to enforce them.

Chicago's top police official says an assault style rifle with high capacity magazine was used in Thursday's park shooting that injured 13 people, including a 3-year-old child.

"Its a miracle in this instance there were no fatalities," Police Superintendent Garry McCarthy said at a press conference on Friday.

McCarthy added that based on witness interviews, the attack appears to be gang-related, as several of the victims are gang members. It is still unclear whether more than one person opened fire, he said.

Witnesses said several gunmen fired at least 20 shots at a group gathered at Cornell Square Park, on the 1800 block of W. 51st Street, shortly before 10:15 p.m. The spray of bullets sent a mass of people to the ground on the basketball courts.

"Man, I think it was like an AK. It was a lot of shots. Like, 'Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom,'" said one witness who identified himself as Josh.

The victims included 10 males and three females, including 3-year-old Deonta Howard -- known as "Tay-man" -- who was shot in the jaw at listed in critical condition as of 3 a.m. The boy was with his mother. She was not injured, a police spokesman said.

Hillary Clinton quietly slipped into Miami on Thursday to address a travel agents convention in a speech where the former secretary of state said little about troubles abroad or the future ambitions of the likely presidential-race frontrunner.

Clinton slipped a question about what it would take for the United States to elect its first female leader, Clinton was quick with a joke.

"Well, it'll take a crazy person," she said, drawing laughs from the crowd at the American Society of Travel Agents' global convention

Though ostensibly not political, Clinton's address had the makings of an introductory campaign speech. Campaigns are often highly controlled events, but the ASTA conference at Hyatt Regency Miami kicked it up a notch.

At one point, a member of the audience, Andrew Rothberg, had his Galaxy Note II smartphone taken from him by security, which removed his picture of Clinton onstage and then gave his device back in front of a Miami Herald reporter in the auditorium stands.

"It's crazy," Rothberg said.

A French court has found a mother guilty of 'justifying a crime' after sending her three-year-old son, Jihad, to school in a T-shirt with the slogans: 'I am a bomb' and 'Born on Sept. 11′.

Bouchra Bagour, 35, was given a one month suspended sentence and fined 2000 Euros. Her brother Zayed, who had the T-shirt made, received a two month suspended prison sentence and a fine of 4000 Euros.

The case was brought after a teacher at the child's pre-school in Sorgues near Avignon complained about the T-shirt. She and the school's principal were shocked and alerted authorities.

Bagour insisted she had put it on her son 'without stopping to think about it' when he wore it to school on 24 September last year.

President Obama said Republicans in Congress were threatening to make the United States into "a deadbeat" and a "banana republic" with their maneuvers to tie the federal budget and the debt ceiling to defunding ObamaCare.

Speaking at a Ford truck plant outside of Kansas City, Mo., the president chided Republican leaders for their vote earlier Friday on legislation that would keep the government funded into December, while stripping funding for the Affordable Care Act.

"You don't have to threaten to blow the whole thing up just because you don't get your way," Obama said. "Nobody gets 100 percent of what they want."

Telegraphing his intention to veto any spending bill that delayed or defunded his signature health care law, Obama accused Republicans of lacking "the same common sense" and willingness to compromise that ordinary Americans showed in their marriages and family finances.
